This apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 2 people.

7th floor with a terrace and views of Paris and the Eiffel Tower. This studio features a double bed and a comfortable sofa where you can relax after a busy day exploring the city.

The kitchen is fully equipped with the essential utensils and cutlery you’ll need to prepare a delicious meal. It also includes a washing machine and an iron.

The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including a shower, toilet, and sink. Towels and toiletries will also be provided free of charge for your convenience.

The apartment is always cleaned and sanitized by professionals for your health and safety. I’m available to answer any other questions you may have.

Please note that late check-in after 10:00 PM incurs an additional charge of 20 EUR. Check-in after midnight is subject to confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy regarding smoking on the premises. If our staff discovers evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., the smell of smoke, etc.), we reserve the full right to charge a smoking fee of at least €300.
