- The Apartment is equipped with the Samsung Sero Television that can be used in portrait and horizontal mode.
- There is a high quality washer drier in the Apartment to wash and dry your clothes.
The washed clothes and towels can also be dried on the Towel drier which is available in bathroom.
- The Apartment has an amazing view of Paris monuments, Eiffel Tower and La Defense.
- Eiffel tower is visible from all rooms.
- The Apartment also has a dedicated workplace with very high speed Internet for people working from home.

- Public swimming pool, Ice skating Rink, Bowling , Gymnasium, Sports hall are at 5 mins walking distance from the Apartment.
- La Defense has got one of the largest shopping Mall of France.
- Metro, Train, and Tram station " La Defense" is 10 minutes by walk or 4 mins by bus. From here , you get transport to different parts of Paris and the Suburbs. There are direct trains for Disneyland, Versailles, and different touristic locations. It is very easy to reach Eiffel Tower, Louvre Museum, Champs Elysées / Arc de Triomphe, Sacré-Coeur( Montmartre), Seine River Cruises, Musée d'Orsay, Place de la Concorde, Jardin des Tuileries, Cathédrale Notre-Dame de Paris, Dineyland, Versailles, Palais Garnier, La vallee Village ( Luxury brands Outlet) Opéra National de Paris, Galeries Lafayette etc by Train ( RER) or Metro from LA defense.
- The bus station is 2 mins by walk from the Apartment.
- Arena LA Defense ( for Olympic games, shows etc) is around 20 mins walk .

The building is also shared by the Hotel Adagio La Defense and the building entrance is common for both Apartment owners and the hotel.

The rooms are spacious and airy thanks to large windows which open up to a big terrace with uninterrupted views of the famous monuments of Paris like the Eiffel Tower,Sacre coeur,montparnasse tower, Grande Arche etc.

Paid Washing/drying machines are located in the basement of the building and a laundry shop is also located nearby


SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED INSIDE THE APARTMENT AND WE CHARGE 100 EUROS FOR THE DEEP CLEANING IF SMOKING RULE IS VIOLATED.
PARTIES are not allowed due to building rules.
