- Parking: Maximum of 3 cars allowed per reservation.

- Check-in: 4:00 PM / Check-out: 10:00 AM.

- Pool Heat: Optional heating for the pool and hot tub is $35 per day (Recommend requested 3 days in advance).

- Grill Rental: 4-Burner grill available for $105 per week, One full propane tank is provided.

Additional day: $15 per day

Extra Propane Gas: $40

- Starter Supplies: We provide a starter amount of trash bags, toilet paper, and paper towels. Guests should bring extra for longer stays.

- Towels: Towels are provided; Towels provided are only for bathroom usage, we provided pool tools for the house, if you would like to go to club house to enjoy the pool, please bring your own towels from home for pool, beach, waterpark etc. usage, provided pool towels only can use in the house pool area.

- Quiet hours: 10 pm to 7 am.
