    CHECK-IN AND STAY: Two days before the guest's arrival, the voucher with check-in instructions will be sent. It is important to note that, during your stay in this vacation home, only those who will have access are the registered guests.

    SUPPLIES: This is a self-catering vacation home. Guests must purchase any further items needed that they'll consume or use during the stay or replace products when they are over. This includes personal care products, food, drinks, etc. The offered amenities listed below are only initial supplies, small-sized:
    • Bathroom: One toilet paper per bathroom, a garbage bag that is already in the trashcan, Small shampoo and conditioner
    • Kitchen: Two garbage bags, Sponge, Dishwasher soap, Paper towel
    • Laundry: One laundry detergent
    • Linens/sheets: 1 sheet kit per bed, one towel per guest (house’s maximum occupancy)

    PARKING
    01. Parking spots are free.
    02. No vehicles may be parked on any street within the Property.
    03. No vehicle shall ever be parked on any lawn, landscaped portion of any Lot, landscaped portion of the Common Area and/or any other portion of the property which is not specifically designed and intended for the parking of vehicles.

    COMMUNITY AMENITIES
    04. All amenities are open to the guests.
    05. Outdoor heated pool, cabana, gazebo, children ́s playground, walking trails and picnic areas.

    TRASH
    06. Waste Management provides 6 days a week dumpster service.
    07. Please take ALL household trash to the dumpster and make sure to put it INSIDE the dumpsters.

    DELIVERIES
    08. The community does not accept deliveries or packages for any of the units.
    09. Mail Deliveries: Mail deliveries must be made directly to the unit and during your stay.
    10. Please ensure that deliveries are scheduled to arrive during your stay.
    11. We apologize, but we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages.

    BBQ GRILL
    12. We provide the BBQ grill clean and ready for use, and we do not charge for its usage. Guests just need to purchase a propane tank refill, at the nearest retail store or propane refill station. The propane tank is located under the grill.

A lot of noticeable stains on furniture, walls, toilet and rug. Curtain rod missing the other decorative ball. Pictures on wall hanging off on one side, cracked flooring and internet kept disconnecting from television. On top of all that when I first called the emergency number due to not receiving arrival instructions the rep had loud kids in the background and told me he had no record of my booking. I provided my name and reservation id still no help. After being on the phone over 15-20 mins I hung up. Once I finally called back I was able to get another rep that was able to immediately find my booking. I was able to get in almost an hour after arriving. After complaints of uncleanliness I was offered a late checkout.

Check in was good. Place was clean, nicely furnished and updated. Nice having the larger space for our family, with the 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. Pack n play provided which was nice. There were some cosmetic issues in the home; holes in the wall not very well patched and some nail holes and things, but nothing super bad. Home was not well child proofed at all and stairs were very steep/hard LVP flooring so we had to go out to purchase a baby gate and adequate baby proofing items for use during the week. Getting around the neighborhood was very tight, cars parked everywhere on the side of the roads. Neighbors lit off fireworks right behind us at 8/9pm almost waking our young kids. Dumpster was not nearby but a short walk. Internet was not very reliable and went out at times and the washer and dryer did not clean well; had to run a few times for each load and got lint all over our clothing. Bedding and beds were comfortable and extra linen was nice in each room and closet. Lots of extra dishes and dish ware and well stocked kitchen.
