Resort Home 3.5 miles to Disney with home theater

Summary:

We welcome you to stay in our home located in the Windsor Hills community with a water park, slides, theatre and so much more! The house is just 3.5 miles from Disney’s Animal Kingdom. Our home has 6 large bedrooms including laundry in the home, an 8 seat home theatre, TVs in every room, a large swimming pool & spa with a large patio cover, plus a large kitchen fully equipped with everything you need for your stay. The Space:

This gorgeous, well-designed villa has everything you could want and more for a fantastic family vacation! The Minions, Mickey and Star Wars themed kids rooms will delight all members of the family. The "state of the art" home theater is large with grand stand seating and arcade games, Foosball table, Table Hockey for all to enjoy. Guests truly love the experience of having their own theater without having to go out. The kitchen is expansive and welcoming, allowing the entire family to gather for delicious home cooked meals. The pool and spa area is an inviting place to relax, take a swim and enjoy lovely conversation under the private lanai. The villa is situated on an over-sized corner lot directly across the street from a sizable playground and short 5-minute walk to the clubhouse and water park in the securely gated and highly desirable Windsor Hills community.



Guests have the option of heating the private pool and spa for a daily charge. Pool and spa heat is $30/Day. Heater works from 10 am to 10pm as the system only will heat for 12 hour max daily. We highly recommend the guest to pre-order the pool heating before check in so the maintenance team can turn it on when they prepare the house for guest check in, if you wish to turn on the pool heating after check in, there will be a 35$ call out service charge as the maintenance team has to make another trip to the house.



Guests have the option of renting a grill from our property management office, we provide 3 burner grill for 85$ per week, 4 burner grill for 110$ per week, propane and cleaning included. The charge mainly covers the cleaning cost of the grill. Charcoal grill is absolutely not allowed for the house. If you would like to rent a grill, please let the host know.



Windsor Hills is a 5 star, guard-gated resort which is conveniently located to all of the fabulous parks in Orlando, including Disney World and Universal Studios - both within a short drive of the resort. The area is a golfer's delight with a great golf course adjacent to the resort and the superb championship courses of Reunion and Champions Gate are only a 10 minutes drive away.



Windsor Hills Resort Community features include: a double Olympic size, lagoon style pool, hot tub, clubhouse and sundries shop along with children's themed playgrounds, huge choice of outdoor activities including tennis, pickleball, volleyball, fully equipped fitness center, surround sound movie theatre and a FANTASTIC new children's splash pad zone and dueling water slides.



Resort Parking Rules:

The resort only allows 3 CARS.

Do not block the sidewalk or park on the street.



The home has linens for each bed & towels for each guest.



For supplies we have a starter packet which includes:



1 roll of paper towels

1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom

Hand wash in each bathroom

Shampoo conditioners and body wash in each bathroom

2 dishwashing pods

2 laundry pods

2 garbage bags



After this is used up guests have to purchase their own. supplies.

Guest Access:

The entire house and yard is yours to enjoy. The community clubhouse house is in walking distance and all of the resort amenities are included in your stay, no additional cost. The playground is located directly in front of our home. This is a corner house with no opposite neighbors, and has a large meadow right next to it.



The Neighborhood:

Windsor Hills is a community of Condos, villas & townhouses, plus a clubhouse with games & a lagoon-style pool with water slides.



Getting Around:

You can get around via car rental, Uber or taxi services , and neighborhood amenities are within walking or biking distance.
