This unit is located just steps from all resort amenities (one of the closest units to the clubhouse/pool) and can accommodate 8 people comfortably (9 with Crib) - perfect for your family, or group trips!
The space
This gorgeous vacation home has 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, 1 crib and 1 pack and play, and is located just steps from all Windsor at Westside resort amenities such as: a 10,000 sq. ft clubhouse, huge pool with slide/splash pad and tiki bar. You will also find a fitness center, volleyball court, sundry shop and video arcade. This unit also includes private pool/patio, fully equipped kitchen, movie loft and laundry. • Located 15-20 minutes from Disney World! & 35 Minutes from Universal Studios!

• Flat Screen TV’s in all bedrooms, living room, and movie loft – all TV’s have Roku or Apple TV – guests are welcome to sign into their own accounts, or use the Tubi provided (In Kids Rooms and Queen Room) or Hulu (Provided in master bedroom, living room, and movie loft);


OPTIONAL ADDITIONS ***REQUIRE ADVANCE NOTICE***:
• Private Pool Heating = USD $40/day. (Must be turned on for entire duration of stay AND must request heat at least 48 Hours before stay)
• Private propane gas grill - need 24 hour notice - $50 total fee for entire stay;
Guest access
Guest will be provided with a new Smart Code (unique for their stay) for the keyless entry pad on the front door.
