Your ultimate Orlando family adventure starts here! This gorgeous 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom townhouse in the exclusive Solara Resort is the perfect home base for creating unforgettable memories, located just minutes from Walt Disney World.

**The Space**

Step inside to a bright, modern, and spacious two-story layout designed for comfort and fun. The open-plan first floor features a comfortable living room, a dining area for sharing meals, and a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops.

Step outside to your own private, screened-in patio, where you can splash in the pool or unwind in the attached hot tub. For some friendly competition, head to the dedicated game room, complete with a ping pong table.

When it's time to rest, you'll find four cozy bedrooms upstairs:
* Bedroom 1 (Master Suite): King bed
* Bedroom 2: Queen bed
* Bedroom 3: A magical Mickey-themed room with a full-over-full bunk bed and a twin trundle
* Bedroom 4: One full bed and one twin bed

For your convenience, the home includes a washer and dryer, central AC, free WiFi, linens, towels, and hairdryers. A pack 'n play is also available upon request.

**Guest Access**

You will have private access to the entire townhouse. As our guest, you also receive full access to the incredible amenities at the Solara Resort's Grand Clubhouse, including:

Daily conveniences are also right around the corner, with Walmart, Publix, Target, and a wide variety of shopping and restaurants nearby.

**Getting Around**

The home is conveniently located, and we recommend having a car to explore all that the Orlando area has to offer. Ride-sharing services are also readily available in the area.

**House Rules**
* Check-in is at 4:00 PM.
* Check-out is at 10:00 AM.
* The minimum booking age is 21 years old (at least one guest must meet this requirement).

**Important Information**
* **Pool/Spa Heat:** This service is available for an additional $30 per night for your entire stay. Please request it at least 2 days before check-in. Please note the spa is not a separate jacuzzi; it is heated to the same temperature as the pool when the heat is on.
* **Barbecue Grill:** A grill can be provided for an extra charge of $65 per stay, which includes a propane tank and final cleaning. This must be requested before your check-in date.
* **Package Delivery:** Please contact us for instructions regarding package deliveries to ensure they are received correctly.
* **Concierge Services:** We are happy to help arrange services like high chair rentals, park tickets, grocery shopping, and more. Please reach out for details.
