A resort fee of $21.50 per vehicle is required for property access and grants entry to community amenities, payable upon arrival.



For your safety, the property is equipped with two exterior security cameras:



One at the back facing the outdoor entry.

One at the front facing the driveway.

These cameras do not monitor interior spaces and record video and audio only when motion is detected.



Pool Heating Details:



✅Heated Pool: The pool can be heated for a $35/day fee. Please note, the pool must be heated for the entire duration of your stay (no partial heating). It is typically heated to 83-88°F depending on ambient temperature, and will be heated up to 20-25 degrees above ambient temperature if the outside temperature is below 60F. Please note, it is not a hot tub.



The area that looks like a hot tub is not set up to be heated or for jets to run. Please note we do not mark a hot tub as an amenity.



After booking you will receive a waiver to complete. This must be completed prior to checking in.



There is no pool light



We do not provide cable television or streaming service login credentials. However, the TVs are smart TVs so you may login to your own streaming apps.





We provide a start pack of supplies. This includes 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towel, three trash bags, three dish pods, three laundry pods, dryer sheets, dish soap, hand soap, body wash, conditioner, and shampoo. You are responsible for buying more if you need.



After booking you will receive a message from our partner Truvi for ID verification and screening. This must be completed before checking in.
