The Space:

Sun-soaked afternoons drift into relaxed evenings as you move between bright indoor spaces and the outdoor patio, where the pool area becomes a natural gathering place after full days out and about. Warm Florida air, open living areas, and themed bedrooms create an easy rhythm for spending time together, whether you are sharing meals, unwinding poolside, or enjoying a quieter moment indoors.



The Space

This entire home accommodates up to 14 guests across six themed bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms, offering room to spread out while staying connected. A downstairs living area provides a central place to relax, while the game room adds another option for downtime. Air conditioning keeps the home comfortable year-round, and a washer and dryer make longer stays more convenient.



Sleeping Arrangements

Sleeping spaces are thoughtfully laid out across two levels. Downstairs, one bedroom features a king bed. Upstairs, you will find five additional bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom. These include two bedrooms with king beds, one bedroom with a queen bed, one bedroom with two queen beds, and one bedroom with a bunk bed featuring a twin over full. The layout supports both privacy and flexibility for larger groups.



Kitchen and Dining

The full kitchen is equipped for preparing everyday meals or gathering everyone together around the dining table. Stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and an open connection to the dining areas make cooking and sharing meals feel effortless. Indoor and outdoor dining areas allow you to choose the setting that suits the moment.



Outdoor Living

Step outside to enjoy the private pool, with pool heating available seasonally. Patio furniture create a comfortable spot for morning coffee or winding down at the end of the day. A BBQ grill adds another option for outdoor meals, and the setting allows you to transition easily between indoor comfort and fresh air. A hot tub is also available, and the home is located in a waterfront setting, offering a distinctive backdrop to your stay.



Amenities and Comfort

The home includes Wifi and a dedicated workspace, making it easy to stay connected. Entertainment options include TVs throughout the house. Home safety features such as smoke alarms, a carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit are provided. Free parking on premises and free street parking are available, along with an elevator for easy access between floors. Guests also have access to a gym and benefit from self check-in with a smart lock. Long-term stays are allowed.

Located within Reunion Resort, this gated community offers a resort-style environment with golf courses, restaurants, and shared amenities. The surrounding area places you within easy reach of parks, dining, and attractions, making it simple to balance full days out with relaxing evenings back at the house.

Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and complimentary access to resort amenities such as:



-Seven Eagles: Pool, Spas, Fitness Centers and Linear Park;

-Homestead: Pool, Wading Pool, and Spa;

-Carriage Pointe: Pool and Spa;

-Heritage Crossing: 2 Pools (A and B), Wading Pool, and Spa;

-The Terraces: Pool, Spa, Gazebo, and Pavilion;

-Liberty Bluff Playground and Dog Park;

-Grand Traverse Parkway: Playground and Outdoor Fitness Center.



IMPORTANT: Guests must present an RFID card to access these amenities. RFID cards have a cost of $15 each and must be purchased during your stay. Please note that each card has an expiration date of 3 days. This RFID will ONLY grant access to the community amenities listed above, and we do NOT have access to Reunion's water park.



Guests have the option to arrange tee times at their convenience (Palmer, Nicklaus or Watson Golf Courses). Please note that booking and any associated fees are the responsibility of the guest.



The Neighborhood:

Reunion Resort is a fun-filled luxury gated community that will make you feel like enjoying a stroll around one of the many golf courses. Many people are full time residents, so please drive the 25 MPH speed limit at all times and watch for golf carts! :) While Reunion has many wonderful restaurants to enjoy, out the back gate, you will find every type of food you can imagine, alligator farms, airboat rides and a flurry of water parks and places of enjoyment!



Getting Around:

Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the driveway parked side by side.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please kindly let us know 48 hours of booking and at least ONE WEEK prior to check-in date, and we will arrange to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day for the entirety of the stay. *Make sure payment for this amenity is made at least ONE WEEK prior to check-in date otherwise we cannot guarantee we'll be able to accommodate your request.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
