Garbage disposal are in dumpster outside home or big dumpster close to tennis court.

During your stay please note that you will need to provide your own food, toiletries & cleaning supplies such as dishwasher detergent, dishwashing soap, etc. We provide toilet paper, paper towels, soap & dishwasher soap but once these supplies are used you will need to purchase more.

Also, please note that the home will be cleaned before your arrival and after your departure. There will NOT be a daily cleaning service. If your stay is longer than 2 weeks, we recommend cleaning biweekly, which we can schedule and discuss pricing with you.

Florida is notorious for its prolific insect life like ants, roaches, lizards and bugs, for that reason, the homes are treated both inside and out. Ants are the most prevalent and annoying pests - they feed on a variety of foods such as sugars, syrups, jelly, grease, cookies, and meats. Therefore, to make your stay more comfortable, please don't leave food or drinks on the countertops, in wastebasket, and especially on the pool deck. Please, know that dirty or damp clothes are the favorite hiding place for insects and lizards. Please do not leave any door or window open, increases insets infestation.
