Guest access
You will get a door code before check-in. No need to meet anyone for keys. You get the whole house to yourself.
Plenty of private parking on property.
Other things to note
All guests must be 25+ with the exception of children with their parents.

If you bring more humans than accounted for on your reservation we will charge you $100 per human over said number.

Quiet time is after 10:00 pm and strictly enforced. PARTIES ARE NOT ALLOWED

There are cameras in place for your protection. A camera on the front porch will be on during your stay. If you touch or tamper with the cameras you will be asked to leave the property immediately.

No children under the age of 18 permitted in pool or hot tub at any time without adult supervision. Alcohol and glass is not allowed near the pool or hot tub. You are not allowed to use the pool and hot tub if you have consumed alcohol. If you are pregnant you should not use the hot tub. Use the hot tub and pool AT YOUR OWN RISK!

No late check-out or early check-in. If this should happen we reserve the right to charge $50 per hour.

No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control.

Pets are NOT allowed. If you sneak in a pet of any kind you will be charged an additional $175 and you will likely be asked to leave.

NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND ON PREMISES! If you smoke you will be charged an additional cleaning fee of $500

Absolutely no fires inside or outside Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $100 plus damages

Additional Rules (Under House Rules)

By confirming your booking, you agree to adhere to the Rental Rules set forth in this listing and this document.
If you bring more humans than agreed upon by your reservation you will be asked to leave without a refund and/or charged an extra $100 per human per night.

- Be advised you will have to clean up after yourself.
- Maintenance is not available during your stay unless it's an emergency. If something is broken it's because the previous guest didn't tell us. If you see something, say something.
- Before you leave, we ask that the items below be completed to help our housekeeper prepare for the next guest:
Please empty the fridge and take all trash to the front porch area.
Please load all dishes into the dishwasher and turn it on.
- We have stocked the house with many items including start-up supplies. However, you will likely need to supplement with your own during your stay such as toilet paper, paper towels, soaps etc.
EXCHANGE OF MONEY AUTOMATICALLY CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE OF ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH HEREIN.

Beyond Imagination House Rental Agreement:
First and foremost, Relax, Breathe, Laugh, Love and Live.

1. Smoking is NOT allowed and Drugs of any kind are NOT permitted. If you smoke you will be charged an additional cleaning fee of $500.

2. People other than those in the Guest party set forth in the on-line agreement may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. Guests are not allowed to exceed the occupancy limit agreed to in the on-line itinerary.

3. Guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors; Neighborhood quiet hours are from 10:00p.m. – 8:00a.m. If you plan to party do not book this house. It is our home and you must treat it with respect.

4. All of the units are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. Use of the surrounding community areas including any sort of swimming or water facility (if applicable) is the sole risk or the renter, guest, and their guests.

5. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order, removing any items from the house including living and kitchen furnishings is not permitted, and you will be charged accordingly if anything is removed.

6. Only use appliances for their intended uses.

7. Pets are NOT allowed. If you bring a pet, you will be asked to leave without a refund. If you bring a pet and any incident happens with your pet and a neighbor, any human, or any other being, living or non-living, the homeowners are not liable. DO NOT BRING A PET.

8. Parking: Number of vehicles is not allowed to exceed the number indicated in the listing. Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. Parking on the road is not permitted. Parking in the neighbor’s driveway is not permitted. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.

9. Check-in/Check out times. Please follow the check-in and check out times as indicated in the listing.

10. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units. Before you leave, we ask that the items below be completed to help our housekeeper quickly prepare for the next guest. Please load all dishes into the dishwasher and run it on the normal cycle. Please remove and dispose of all items in the refrigerator. Place used towels in the bathtub. Do not wash towels prior to departure. Please leave sheets and comforters on the beds.

11. Please lock all doors and all windows upon departure.

12. Garbage: Any garbage should be placed on the front porch from 7am to 1pm for it to be picked up

13. Pool/Hot Tub: [No children under the age of 18 permitted in pool or hot tub at any time without adult supervision]. When using the pool/hot tub, remember there is a certain health risk associated with this facility. Use at your own risk.

14. Storms: No refunds will be given for storms.

15. Any damage to any items in the house including couches, chairs, tables, TVs, arcade games, game systems, pool, hot tub, beds, sheets, towels, pillows, etc., are the responsibility of the renter. Every item will be looked at before arrival and after departure. If you cause damage, notify the owner immediately. We will find it and charge you regardless. It is our home. Treat it as if it were your own.

Failure to comply with the above rules will result in non-return of security deposit and possible additional charges. Booking through Airbnb, VRBO or any other means assigns your consent to everything listed within this document.
