Are you traveling in a larger group, or are your preferred dates already taken? You'll be happy that we offer additional accommodation in the area.

CLEANING & SANITIZATION
The health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of the utmost importance. For this reason, we thoroughly cleaned before each check-in. Clean linen and towels will be available according to house capacity. Cleaning services during the stay can be requested for a fee.

POOL HEAT
Pool Heat is an option service for a fee.
The cost is U$ 35 per day with a minimum of 3 days’ service. It must be requested 48 hours in advance and the temperature will not exceed 95F.
The pool heater works with heat exchange and will not work if the weather is very cold. If you opt to heat the pool during cold weather conditions and the desired temperature is not reached, we will not be able to issue a refund.
If the pump overheats the system will automatically shut down until the pump can regain its functionality.


PACKAGES & ONLINE PURCHASES
Post Office (USPS) does not recognize vacation homes as residential addresses and if the online seller uses USPS for the deliveries, that package will be returned to the sender.
FedEx, UPS, DHL, and Amazon deliver to the house address.
Please note that we are not responsible for any deliveries or unexpected issues with online orders.

NO PARTIES/EVENTS
We ask that you treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.

Before booking this property, we kindly ask that you review the following important information:

To book this home, guests must be at least 21 years old, and the primary guest must remain on the property for the duration of the stay. Please note that this home is not suitable for parties or college groups. Any violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction without a refund.

This property features a private pool. If you wish to heat the pool, additional fees will apply, and there is a minimum requirement of 3 nights. Please feel free to reach out for further details.

We regret to inform you that this property is not pet-friendly. If an unauthorized pet is found on the property, we will request its immediate removal and charge a non-refundable fee of $500, which can be as high as $1,000 depending on the situation.

This is a smoke-free property. Smoking is prohibited anywhere on the property, including balconies and common areas. Violations of this policy will result in the forfeiture of your stay.

To make your arrival as comfortable as possible, we provide a complimentary starter set of paper products, toiletries, and linens. Additional items will be the responsibility of the guest.

In place of security deposits and booking fees, all LoveRentals bookings include LoveRentals Protect, a limited property protection plan that offers peace of mind for both guests and homeowners. The fee for this coverage is included in your booking and covers up to $10,000 in contents damage protection and up to $1,000,000 in property protection. However, please note that this does not cover cancellations, intentional acts, negligence, or pet-related damage. Please inquire for more information.
