Welcome home to Lake Berkley Resort - a stunning gated community located in the heart of Central Florida.
Our villa has 5 bedrooms and three bathrooms one of which is en suite - a large family room with separate dining room and fully equipped kitchen - there is also a fully equipped games room - The villa overlooks a small lake and conservations area.
Living Room

The family room provides many luxurious items which includes an entertainment center containing a 59″, large-screen TV complete with CABLE/DVD/VHS and NETFLIX /DISNEY CHANNEL?UK a hi-fi. As you can see, great care and attention has been paid to ensure you enjoy your visit at Scarlet Villa.
Kitchen
The fully equipped kitchen is self-catering and is located between the elegant dining room and the more formal breakfast nook.

Scarlets Villa is located less than a 5 minute drive to the local Walmart Supercenter, which is open 24-7. This means that stocking up the fridge is certainly no task! Also included is a dish washer, self-cleaning cooking range, a microwave and a large fridge/freezer with ice maker.

Games Room
The games room has only recently been built in, what was a double garage at Scarlets Villa. Here, you will find an array of fun activites for all the family, which includes American Pool and Table Tennis.

Challenge family and friends when spending time away from the theme parks and attractions. This room will be a hive of activity! For your added convenience and comfort, our games room also comes equipped with two ceiling fans.
Private Pool
The private swimming pool and the pool deck have been purposely enlarged to ensure you have adequate room to sunbathe and entertain. There is also a shower on the pool deck just in case it gets a bit too hot for those relaxing under the shaded lanai.

During those colder months, pool heat is available upon request for an additional charge. We recommend heating for all bookings received between October – April. If this is when you’re planning to travel to Florida, please let us know you preference regarding pool heating options.Dining
The dining room is located next to the kitchen and is the ideal area in which to entertain family and friends of an evening. Enjoy family meals after another perfect day exploring Central Florida, or enjy a healthy breakfast before attacking the theme parks!

From the dining area, you can also see the main family room, so keeping an eye on the family whilst enjoying your latest culinary creation is not a problem. This really is the best way to enjoy some quality time with loved ones. What’s more, access to the kitchen is made simple by the large archway.



Sleeping Accommodation
5 bedrooms, sleeps 12.

The master bedroom suite overlooks the pool area and provides guests with a luxurious ensuite bathroom. The bedroom is equipped with a king size bed, a chest of drawers and a 40-inch, cable TV.
As with all the bedrooms at Scarlets Villa, it is decorated to a high standard and is fully air-conditioned. The master bedroom is certainly a tranquil place where you’ll get a great night sleep over and over again, giving you more energy to enjoy the theme parks!

The remaining bedrooms, of which there are four in total, consist of a king bedroom, a double bedroom and two twin bedrooms allowing for diverse sleeping accommodation during your stay.
Whether you’re traveling with just family or both friends and family, there’s plenty of room in which to spread out and relax without stepping on any toes. All the bedrooms on the second floor share the family bathroom which features a bath, overhead shower, W.C and a vanity unit.
