On the first floor, you’ll find a spacious primary bedroom with a king-size bed and a private full bathroom, perfect for guests who prefer to avoid stairs. This level also includes a laundry room with washer and dryer, and a fully equipped open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area.

The kitchen features a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, oven, coffee maker, tea kettle, and all cooking essentials including plates, utensils, and cookware — ready for family meals or cozy nights in.

Upstairs, the second floor offers:
• A master bedroom with a king-size bed and private bathroom
• A second bedroom with a king-size bed
• A third bedroom with two twin beds
• A shared full bathroom for the last two bedrooms

Guest access
- usGuests will receive a QR code to access the gated community 24/7 during their stay. To generate the QR code, guests must provide a valid email address at the time of booking.

The home also has a smart lock with a personalized entry code, which will be sent 24 hours before check-in.
Other things to note
- Trash Pickup Instructions
Trash is collected daily, except Wednesdays and Sundays. Guests must place trash in the bench-style container located at the left side exiting front of the house. All trash must be in tied plastic bags only — no loose trash is allowed. Please ensure bags are securely closed to keep the area clean and avoid pests.
