It's Time for a Cool Change! Welcome to Villa 7776 here in Windsor Hills, just Minutes from the Magic in Kissimmee, FL as the closest resort community to Disney! We purchased this villa in 2021 and have completed a top to bottom renovation with luxe finishes while sprinkling lots of pixie dust throughout! Beautiful custom built rainfall showers were recently added to the main floor master ensuites and the upstairs Cinderella ensuite. Guests are sure to love the new 120” Poolside Theatre - perfect for an evening Flick and Float- as well a the new BBQ grill! Just as Disney and other area theme parks transform into a "Winter Wonderland" after Halloween, we also include simple holiday decor and a Christmas tree in our villa for extra festive cheer from approximately November 5th through January 7th.

This 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom villa sleeps up to 11 guests (max of 9 adults comfortably). It is just 150 yards from the main castle playground and 5-10 minute walk to either the playground or the main clubhouse, lagoon pool and water park.. You'll have your own private pool and spill-over spa with complimentary heat, 120” Poolside Theatre and complimentary BBQ grill! We also have a newly updated temperature controlled (both AC and Heat) sports themed game room with a 65' TV, pool table, air hockey table, foosball, Ms. Pac-Man arcade, giant four-to-score game, regulation and mini cornhole sets and several board games for all ages.

There are NINE new Smart TVs with cable, including four with expanded channels and the sports subscription in the Kitchen, Living Room, Game Room and Poolside.

You will the love the inviting two-story entry, light and bright feel and casual Florida style. We have two main floor primary bedroom ensuites that face the pool and a 3rd queen bedroom also on the lower level. Upstairs you'll find a Cinderella themed bedroom with King bed and ensuite bath and the Star Wars Mandalorian bunkroom including new fully themed custom murals (Aug 2023) with a single twin bed and a twin over twin bunkbed with its own ensuite bath. Our well-stocked kitchen has new updates with a sea glass tile backsplash, granite countertops, deep sink and pull down faucet. The kitchen's front facing breakfast nook has a 50' TV and is the perfect spot to work remotely! The kitchen nook seats 5-6, dining table seats 8 and pool dining table seats 6. You'll love the 50' TV by the pool and the trio of lounge chairs. Even the great room is perfect for gathering! Relax on the large sectional sofa with power recliners while streaming your favorite show on the 70' Roku TV. There are nine new Smart TV's with cable in the villa! The community has also recently upgraded to Bluestream fiber internet and cable services.

Windsor Hills is a 24 hour guard gated resort community. All guests must be pre-registered in the security system and upon arrival you will need to present a valid driver's license to check-in. Complimentary wristbands are required for registered guests at the main community lagoon pool (closed for maintenance 9/5/24-10/5/24) and water slides and may be picked up at the Welcome Center at our clubhouse. Here, you will also find a community game room, fitness center, 40-seat movie theatre and Marketplace & Grill. Windsor Hills also has beautiful park areas, a conservation pond, picnic area with charcoal grills and newly updated sport courts including lighted tennis and pickleball courts, sand volleyball, basketball court and putting green.

Windsor Hills is the closest resort community to the Gates of Walt Disney World! All amenities included at no extra charge, including the main lagoon pool, water slides, splash pad, 40 seat movie theatre and much more! Stop by the Marketplace for a few necessities, lunch, drinks or ice cream. There is also an awesome sports court area including basketball court, sand volleyball court, tennis/pickleball court and putting green.

It is approximately 5-15 minute drive from the Villa to most locations within Walt Disney World.

MCO, Orlando International Airport, is a 25-30 minute drive.

Several restaurants, shopping and grocery stores are located within a 2 mile radius. Walmart is approximately one mile from the house. There is also a Target and several Publix grocery stores.

Uber, Lyft, DoorDash, InstaCart, Amazon deliveries are all available to the front door.

Uber, Lyft and other car services are welcome and readily used in Windsor Hills. Use the house address of 7776 Basnett Circle, however be sure to tell them to put 2600 N. Old Lake Wilson Road, Kissimmee FL 34747 in their GPS as the
address so that they arrive at the main security gates. Once the driver passes through security, the villa is approximately 4 blocks away.

No parties. Day guests may be allowed with prior approval of owner; can not exceed 11 total guests. Max of 3 vehicles allowed per community rules.

Exterior cameras located on doorbell, above garage and on side of the house on the A/C and pool equipment as per Windsor Hills recommendations.

This is a self catering house. You may need extra toilet paper, toiletries, 13 gallon garbage bags, dishwasher pods, pantry items, spices, laundry detergent.
