May fit RV & boat on each side of the property & on the side streets or curbside.

Wifi name and password located on the side wall near the kitchen.

Remote controls for the bedrooms light/ceiling on the wall beside the bedroom door. Please leave all remote control to the same spots so the next guests could find them.

Passcode to keyless door entry will be provided on day of arrival. Please message about arrival time for late or delayed arrival.

To turn on shower, kindly pull the shower knob/handle & turn left for heat and right for cold water.

Turnpike & major highways (Osceola Parkway) are minutes away. Restaurants, banks, Advent Health & Orlando Health Hospitals, grocery stores (Walmart, Dollar Store, 7-11, Walgreens, CVS) are within a short drive.

Silver Spurs Arena/Osceola Heritage Park, Osceola County Stadium are minutes away.

15-20 minutes from Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Seaworld, Aquatica, Legoland.

5 -10 minutes from Gatorland, St. Cloud Lake East Tohopekaliga.

15 minutes from Austin-Tindall Sports Complex, Lake Nona Region, Boxi Park, Nona Adventure Park & other newer adventure parks.

This Boho-rustic inspired home has 3bedroom & 2- bathroom & offers a simple yet comfortable living suited for 6 guests maximum including children 2 years old & above.
The master’s bedroom has a queen sized memory foam mattress & spacious walk-in closet with ensuite bathroom.
The guest’s bedroom offers a full soft memory foam mattress.
The room next to the kitchen was converted into an extra kid’s bedroom with day bed & trundle. It has an open ceiling.
Adjacent to it is a full bathroom with shower tub.
The living room has an open floor plan with a leather sofa & Boho-rustic inspired furnitures & decors.
The small dining offers a dinette and four wood chairs.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the kitchen essentials but not limited to cookwares, coffee maker, microwave, toaster. Plenty of coffee cups & mugs with complete sets of eating utensils included.

Spacious driveway to park.
Washer & dryer unit inside the garage.

There’s a security camera in front of the home for security purposes.

We allow pets, however pet owner is responsible for repair and damages caused by pet and stains left behind. Contact host for details. $150 pet fee.


Make sure you have all your belongings with you. We are not responsible for any lost and found items.  We will try our best to return any item or belonging to you that you have left behind but you will have to cover the cost of shipping as well as cost of sending someone out into town to drop off the item.  We will do our very best to help you but we make no guarantee. Double check all your belongings before leaving.
