This Luxury Villa in Storey Lake has the best location and view in all Central Florida's resort-style communities. It has 8 luxury bedrooms each equipped with Smart HD TV. The Private Pool/Spa* has no rear neighbors and is located in the Shingle Creek Preserve with beautiful lakeview and wild nature life surrounding the home. This is the home where you can watch sunset and sunrise while lounging by the pool deck in the peaceful nature preserve while being minutes away from all the shopping, restaurants and theme parks.

Everything you need was there . We had 13 family of all ages. Beware of alligators in pond.Be sure when you leave house for the day to lock the front door. The front lock doesn’t automatically lock itself when closed.You press the lower left corner to lock.Based on reviews we thought we were getting a unit on the end but we were three units in . We did enjoy our stay.

Such a great property!

This property was perfect for our trip a few weeks ago. The check-in & check-out process was smooth and easy! Felt safe with security on site and the amenities were great to use for the kids! The house was clean, comfortable and so much fun! Weenough space for the size of our group! The location on the property was awesome to face the pond and felt very private. 10/10 would recommend this space & we would absolutely consider staying again!

Spring break

The house made our spring break so much more special. Traveling with a large group ranging from 2months to the grandparents there was everything we needed right there. The arcade was an amazing bonus. The host was easy to contact quick to respond.

Beautiful Rental

Overall we had a great stay. Property was in very good condition for a rental and it was super clean. A couple of hiccups, pool heater wasn’t on when we arrived, we called them later on day two and by day 3 it was warm. There was someone on site within an hour or two so you can’t fault responsiveness but would have been nice to arrive to a warm pool as expected. A stranger thing was the second floor was warm on day 2. Went to check thermostat and it wasn’t on- no batteries. Put them in and figured we were good to go. Second afternoon upstairs is over 80 degrees, discovered air handler was turned off. Once on cooled right down. Property itself was gorgeous, the beds were very comfortable, and the area is close to Disney parks. Some of the other renters were a bit loud but the benefit of this property is you are at the end so only one neighbor. They were chill so it was all good for us. Some groups up the street seemed to fight every night. Loved the house, can’t choose your neighbors, would definitely consider again.

The property suited our group. The pool was heated as requested, the amenities were as expected, the house was clean. We loved tbat Dave reminded us to leave the cleaning to staff, so we could enjoy our time up to the last minute! I would stay here again!

I wish that check in was a little sooner than 5pm and we didn’t know we had to pay daily for every day we were staying at the home to heat the pool. We did have one door handle break while we were there and they fixed it the next day.

Snowbird Stay

We spent six weeks at the property. Friends, family, children and grandchildren visited during that time. The house was extremely clean and organized, and accommodated everyone nicely. The grandkids really enjoyed the game room and the Star Wars bedroom. Management was very responsive to questions and needs.

Excellent Family Vacation

The house is beautiful and big enough for our family of 7 adults and two children. We enjoy every minute of our vacation. My adult children said it was one of the best stays, so relaxing. The communication with the manager was excellent. Any questions or problems we had were taken care of immediately. Would definitely do it again.

A. I would stay here again and again. Didn’t have any children with us but would have been great for them too. Clean, comfortable , spacious, plenty of restrooms, and the pool was great. If you add pool heat, just be prepared that it is going to take a day after your arrival to warm up it will not be warm when you arrive. Theater room was cool. Game room was cool. And themed bedrooms were really cool. Again, no kids with us, but my kids would have loved it. Thanks for the great stay!

Great Stay

Stayed here for a week with family. The house was very nice and advertised. The movie room and game room were big hits. Beds were comfortable. The only complaints i had was during check in our information wasn't in the system so we had to reach out to the property management company to be added in the system. Also, we had paid for the heat on the the hot tub. The hot tub never got hot. So that was extremely disappointing and not worth the money.

Wonderful experience!

Thank you for the amazing stay! Easy Uber rides to anywhere you want to go. The house great, modern sleek decor and kids rooms are decorated perfectly! The pool and hot tub were amazing at the end of the long day. Use we go shop for delivery of groceries!!!! Kind souls who do a fabulous job of shopping for you and they will stock your kitchen for you! The home is on the end and corner so you have privacy, but also a great view on the lake to watch wildlife and sip morning coffee: Thank you David and Diamond it was a great stay
