This Luxury Villa in Storey Lake has the best location and view in all Central Florida's resort-style communities. It has 8 luxury bedrooms each equipped with Smart HD TV. Families with all ages will enjoy the 3 over the top themed bedrooms including a large Jurassic Park room with a custom Jeep bunk bed, the Star Wars room with a unique Custom "Millennium Falcon" Bed and the "Frozen" room with 2 princess beds. The Luxury Home Theater is equipped with 120" Screen and 10 Reclining Leather Seats on 3 Tiers! The Private Pool/Spa* has no rear neighbors and is located in the Shingle Creek Preserve with beautiful lakeview and wild nature life surrounding the home. This is the home where you can watch sunset and sunrise while lounging by the pool deck in the peaceful nature preserve while being minutes away from all the shopping, restaurants and theme parks.

We had an amazing stay! The hosts offered exceptional hospitality, and everything was clean, welcoming, and well-prepared. The pool and game room were a huge hit for all ages, giving everyone something to enjoy. Our family also loved the peaceful scenery — the nature and wildlife behind the home made the experience even better. Would definitely recommend!

Location and amenities were great, service was prompt & friendly when we needed something. The beds were very comfortable. Only improvement I would suggest is a larger/better pots & pans set. We had plenty of dishes and silverware but not a lot of options for pans & baking sheets for a family our size.

The property is a generous and amazing house. It was great for our family of 13. (8 adults, 2 teenagers and 3 children (6,7 & 9)).The pool was clean and delightful. The game room was amazing and the bedrooms were large and comfortable. The young children adored sleeping in the “Starwars” bedroom. The house is only 15” from the Magic Kingdom and Epcot.Our family had a great time and definitely would recommend this vacation home.

Everything was perfect! We had a family of 14 and it accommodated us comfortably with many things to do in the property and outside in the complex My adult kids and grandkids were WOW by how neat, roomie and fun the game room and movie room were! Thank you so much!

Our stay at this property was very good. From arrival to departing. Easy to access, location was great with a view of the water from the back patio. We spent most days (when we weren't out touristing) on the patio and in the pool. We did have a small issue with the heated pool, but the management company dealt with it immediately. The house is mostly as shown and in good condition. We did use the home theatre a little and the games room. The basketball game didn't work but everything else did. We did use the kitchen and found it was fairly well equipped. Some pans could use replacing sometime, but all appliances worked well and I was glad for the air fryer. The themed bedrooms were great and the grandkids loved them. Bathrooms and other bedrooms were exactly as shown. No issues with AC, washer and dryer or anything else. I would recommend the home and dealing with the property managers anytime. Thanks for hosting us!

This home met all of our needs during our stay from the movie room to the conference table area for our meeting. Everyone had plenty of space to spread out. I do wish that there was a way to turn down the volume on the race car game when not in use, even with the doors closed to the game room, it was very loud and could be heard in the bedroom across the hall.

We loved our stay! We had a total of 10 people and there was more than enough room for people to spread out. The kids loved having access to the arcade, pool and movie room. The home was close to the parks and other entertainment. Check in/Check out was seamless. The home was very clean and well stocked. We loved being able to have down days and no one was bored. The kids were asking to come back before we even left! We will definitely book again on our next trip!

Location and home were fantastic. The communication and ease of check-in were great from the property manager. There is plenty of space to spread out and the game room, theater room and pool were great. Only area to improve would be the kitchen utensils and pots and pans. Several of the pans were unusable and there was not enough pans and cooking utensils to cook for eight people (there are plenty of dishes and silverware to feed eight). The check out process was very easy. Loved the place and would stay there again.

House was perfect for our family!!! Kids loved the games in the play room. House was very clean and there was plenty of space. Property manager was also very responsive. Gated community was safe and the location is about 20min to all of the Disney parks and about 30min to all Universal parks when leaving in the am to arrive at parks on opening. Would definitely rent again!!!

Host was accommodating and timely responses to concerns. The inside of the house was cleaned and had ample appliances available ro use. The kids and entertainment areas were nice. Having washer and dryer available was also good.However we were disappointed with the outside/ patio area. The outside lawn was overgrown, the patio chairs were dirty and the general areas were unkept and not cleaned. That the reason for the 3 stars.

awesome facility grandkids enjoyed all amenities, pool, hottub, game room, star wars pods for sleeping.would not hesitate to stay again. to heat tub was extra but was worth it. checkin information was sent 24 hours in advance, would have been nice to know a little sooner or that I had to list all drivers staying there so they could access, but it all worked. if issues arose response was quick. only issue we had was upstairs dryer not working.

This house was beautiful! Check in was a breeze. The pool/hot tub was great! The game room was entertaining! We saw gators in the pond which was so cool. They had 2 washers and 2 dryers which was so very helpful! We night swam every night. Had a movie night in the theater. It was very clean and just a really enjoyable experience.
