On the ground floor, the spacious living room invites you to relax on comfortable sofas while enjoying the SMART TV. Sliding glass doors lead to the fully screened lanai and your private heated pool*—the perfect spot to soak up the Florida sunshine with provided loungers and seating.

The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for preparing family meals, and the adjacent laundry room includes a washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board—all at no extra cost.
