Our pet-friendly owner, an avid cat enthusiast, ensures the well-being of four neutered and vaccinated cats that we feed and provide water for on the porch. They do not interact with guests. We kindly ask for your cooperation in keeping the designated area calm and undisturbed.
🐾 Pet-Friendly Property Policy
We are happy to welcome your furry family member! To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests and to help us maintain our home in excellent condition, please review and follow our Pet Policy below.
Pet Fee
A non-refundable pet fee of $100 per stay applies and must be paid prior to check-in. This fee covers the additional cleaning required after your departure.
Pet Eligibility
Maximum of 1 dog is allowed per reservation.
Dogs must weigh 30 lbs (13.6 kg) or less.
Pets must be house-trained, well-behaved, and free of fleas or ticks.
Pets must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival.
Cats and other animals are not permitted unless prior written approval has been obtained.
House Rules for Pets
Please keep pets off all beds and upholstered furniture.
Pets must not be left unattended inside the home unless they are securely crated.
Excessive barking or any behavior that disturbs neighbors is not permitted.
Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet, including removing all waste from the yard and community areas.
Pets are not permitted in the pool or spa under any circumstances.
Any pet-related accidents inside the home must be cleaned immediately and reported to the property manager.
Damages & Additional Cleaning
Guests are fully responsible for any damage caused by their pet, including but not limited to:
Damage to furniture, upholstery, doors, walls, flooring, or décor.
Excessive pet hair requiring deep cleaning.
Odors requiring professional deodorizing treatment.
Stains on carpets, rugs, bedding, towels, or linens.
Any additional cleaning or repairs beyond our standard turnover service.
Any costs associated with excessive cleaning, deodorizing, stain removal, repairs, or replacement of damaged items will be charged to the guest.
