Backing onto peaceful conservation with no rear neighbors, this four-bedroom home offers the perfect blend of privacy, comfort, and location just minutes from Orlando’s world-famous attractions.



Step inside and you’ll find a bright, open living space designed for relaxing together after exciting days exploring Central Florida. The comfortable living area flows seamlessly into the dining space and fully equipped kitchen, making it easy to gather for meals, movie nights, or planning the next day’s adventure.



Outside, the screened private pool creates a peaceful oasis surrounded by conservation views. With no rear neighbors, the backyard offers a quiet place to unwind — whether you're starting the morning with coffee by the pool or enjoying a relaxing swim after a day at the parks. Pool heat is available for $30 per day and recommended for cooler months.



Families will love the home’s custom themed bedrooms designed to bring the magic to life. At the front of the home, younger guests can step into their own fairy tale in the princess bedroom featuring twin beds and beautiful custom painted murals. Just across the hall, the villain themed bunk room features two twin-over-twin bunk beds and bold hand-painted artwork that adds a playful twist to the story. These two bedrooms share a nearby full bathroom.



Toward the back of the home, two private master suites provide comfortable retreats for adults. One features a king bed and private ensuite bathroom, while the second master offers its own ensuite as well, giving everyone space to relax and recharge.
