After placing your reservation, you will be sent a contact form via a link. You must compete the link within 48 hours. You will be required to submit the names and ages of everyone staying at the home. A valid government issued drivers license from the person placing the reservation will need to be uploaded on the contract link. Vehicle information will need to be provided on the form link. A security deposit hold is required and will be released within 14 days after departure. If the agreement form is not completed correctly within 48 hours after you make the reservation, the reservation may be canceled. If the reservation is canceled because the agreement form is not completed correctly, or if the house rules are not followed prior or during the reservation, No refund will be issued.

Rates are only guaranteed when payment is made in full and no alterations are made. Security Cameras are located on the exterior of the home. They collect and send video, sound and images. They are used during the remote arrival and departure. A security deposit hold is required and will be released within 14 days after departure.
