Guests have keyless access to the entire house using the digital lock with a keypad on the front door as well as private outdoor areas.

The best way to get around is by car with free parking included during your stay.



Guests can also use a taxi service or a rideshare company like Uber with plenty of cars at any time of the day or night.

Please send your pool request 3 days before your arrival.

The pool heater must be turned on for the full duration of your stay.

Please note that during winter cold months, pool heaters will generally heat the water temperature to 78-82°F and may be unable to go much higher because of the cold ambient temperature.

- Towels provided are only for bathroom usage, we provided pool tools for the house, if you would like to go to club house to enjoy the pool, please bring your own towels from home for pool, beach, waterpark etc. usage, provided pool towels only can use in the house pool area.

• Trash bags, toilet paper and paper towel

- Starter amounts are provided for these amenities, they will most likely be insufficient for the duration of your stay

- You will need to buy extras of these on your own if you need more as we do not provide more than the given starter amount
