Step outside to your private, screened-in patio to splash in the pool or relax in the attached spa. For indoor entertainment, challenge your family to a game at the private pool table.

Upstairs, you'll find four cozy bedrooms designed for restful nights:
* **Master Suite:** A luxurious King bed with a private ensuite bathroom.
* **Bedroom 2:** A comfortable Queen bed.
* **Bedroom 3:** Two Twin beds.
* **Bedroom 4:** Two Twin beds.
The three guest bedrooms share two full, modern bathrooms. For your convenience, the home includes a laundry room, central air conditioning, and complimentary WiFi.

### House Rules

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay for everyone, please note the following:

* **Check-in:** 4:00 PM
* **Check-out:** 10:00 AM
* **Minimum Age:** At least one guest in the party must be 21 years of age or older.
* **Package Delivery:** Please contact us for instructions before shipping any packages to the property.

### Important Information

* **Pool/Spa Heat:** This service is available for an additional $30 per night for the entire stay. Please request it at least 2 days before check-in. Note: The spa is not a separate hot tub; it is connected to the pool and heats to the same temperature.
* **Barbecue Grill:** A grill with a propane tank can be rented for $65 per stay. This must be requested before your arrival.
* **Provided for Your Stay:** Linens, towels, hairdryers, an iron, and an ironing board are all provided.
* **Traveling with Little Ones:** A Pack and Play is available upon request.
* **Concierge Services:** Please contact us if you need assistance with Disney park tickets, grocery shopping, and more.܏
