For coffee enthusiasts, the full-service coffee bar is stocked with a variety of options, ensuring the perfect cup to start your day.

Get ready for the day in the spacious bathroom which is well appointed with freshly washed towels, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

*Catch up on your favorite shows on the 55" tvs with cable included or BYOL(login) for your favorite streaming platform.

Guest access
Guest will be provided their access code and full check-in instructions after booking. Guest will have full access to the apartment with the exception of 2 locked cabinets. They will also have access to the resort style pool, fitness center and club house.

Other things to note
For your stay, you're provided a starter set of amenities. Should you find you need anything else there are several grocery stores in the area. Please be mindful of noise levels during your stay.

HOUSE RULES
• NO Parties/Events/Loud Music & Noise $300 fee for violation.
• NO additional guests beyond the registered number without prior approval. Violation will result in a $30 per person per day charge for guest beyond the registered count.
• NO Smoking/Illegal substances inside the home - $300 charge for violation.
• NO pets unless previously discussed/approved. $150 charge for violation.
• DO NOT tamper with or cover video doorbell cameras.
• NO excessive MAKEUP on white towels, linen, and bedding. Extra cleaning/ replacement fees will apply. Please use the provided makeup towel to remove makeup.
• NO candles or open flames inside the home.
• Inform host immediately if something breaks, spills, stains, or gets damaged in the home so that it can be addressed/fixed as soon as possible.
• Do NOT flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet.
• DO NOT leave trash bins or trash in the hall. Valet trash service hours are very specific & guests often forget to bring bins inside, which will result in a violation fee. Avoid this by taking trash to the dumpster.
• CLOSE and LOCK all windows and doors each time you leave the home.
• DO NOT open locked cabinets. This is the owner’s closet.
• EARLY CHECK-IN available at 2:00pm for a fee of $35. Guest must have requested and paid for early check-in in advance of stay.
• LATE CHECK-OUT (preauthorized) is available at 12pm for a fee of $35. Guest must have requested and paid for late check-out at least 24hrs prior to check-out.
• LATE CHECK-OUT (unauthorized) is a fee of $40/hr after 11 am.
