The Space:

Welcome to this stunning and contemporary home located in the prestigious Encore Resort within the Reunion Community, one of Orlando's premier vacation destinations. Spanning 3,200 square feet, this luxurious retreat features six stylish and supremely comfortable bedrooms and five full bathrooms, accommodating up to 14 guests. It's ideal for families with children or groups traveling together, it's the perfect base for exploring nearby Disney and theme parks. Experience the ultimate vacation in the heart of the magic!



It features a beautiful backyard for outdoor dining and BBQ nights, a private pool, and a hot tub/spa, perfect for relaxation and entertainment.



The garage has been transformed into a stylish game room with comfortable gamer chairs, providing the perfect setup for our gamers to bring and connect their consoles easily. The room also includes a billiard table, foosball, and a basketball hoop, offering a variety of activities for all ages to enjoy.



Please note that the air hockey table shown in the pictures is no longer available. Previous guests broke it, but it is currently being replaced.

A laundry room equipped with a washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board.

An office space with an all-in-one printer and ethernet jack for your convenience.



Our kitchen is fully equipped and ready to go, featuring:

Ninja complete blender.

Instant Pot Duo (a 7-in-1 electric pressure cooker, slow cooker, steamer, sauté pan, rice cooker, yogurt maker, and food warmer)

Every other kitchen tool is needed for the best and most practical food preparation experience.



The home is also conveniently located within minutes of major superstores like Walmart, grocery stores, restaurants, bars, cafes, shopping centers, and outlet malls. The villa-style home is in a gated community, with 24/7 security patrolling.

Guest Access:

During your stay, you’ll have full, exclusive access to the home with its private pool/spa.

The door code is reprogrammed after each guest, and we will send the new code to the guests on the morning of their arrival.



The Neighborhood:

Encore Resort at Reunion is a gated, resort-style community.

This community features elegant and spacious single-family homes providing 24/7 gated security and patrolling.



Other Things to Note:

No parties, events, or gatherings of any kind: We kindly request that guests refrain from hosting parties, events, or gatherings on the property. Any violation of this rule will result in booking termination at the guest's expense, as indicated in Airbnb's guest agreement rules and conditions.



The property is for lodging and enjoyment of its guests. Please note that the number of guests allowed is the same as the number listed in the booking. Bringing extra family or friends to visit without prior authorization request is not permitted.



Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book. Renters may be required to provide a government ID during check-in or stay.



Wi-Fi, parking, bed linens, and towels are provided free for all guests during your stay.

Please be gentle with the linens; we only use premium products, and damaged items will be deducted from the deposit.



We provide a few essentials to make you feel more at home when you arrive, such as a paper towel, dish sponge, dish detergent, trash bag in all trash cans, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom.

Additional supplies must be purchased by the guest.



While we offer the grill as a courtesy to our guests, please note that guests are responsible for their own propane, whose tank can be replaced or purchased at the nearby 7-Eleven.

The propane grill and tank are available for guest use; however, we do not recommend or endorse its use. Therefore, please use it at your own risk and discretion.



Pool/Spa heating is available for an additional $45 daily.

To ensure proper heating, we kindly ask guests to request pool heating at least 24 hours in advance, as the heater takes time to heat the pool entirely.

Pool heating must be on for the duration of your trip.



No smoking of any kind is allowed on the premises. This includes tobacco, cannabis, or the use of any recreational drugs in the house, which is strictly prohibited.

Failure to comply will incur immediate reservation cancellation and a minimum fee of $500 penalty.

No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated.

Violation will result in the cancellation of your reservation.

No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.



Tents or other structures may not be set up on the property.



Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning expenses if such is needed after their stay.



There is no daily housekeeping service; nevertheless, we thoroughly clean the unit before check-in.



Mid-stay cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee.



The home is located in a community that provides 24/7 gated security.



Please note that we have no affiliation whatsoever with the Encore Resort Club. It is a private entity solely accessible to its members and owners.
