- Guest Limit: The maximum number of guests is 12, unless otherwise agreed. Only the guests in the reservation are allowed to visit and stay at our property. Please inform us if you wish to have any additional guests. Additional fees may apply. The ID of of the main guest who booked the house will be required to share a photo ID.

- There are NO parties or events allowed at this property. Any parties will result in a minimum fine of $1000, and will be asked to check out with no refund. Any unauthorized additional guests beyond our maximum occupancy (12 people) will result in a minimum fine of $1000.

- Pets are welcome but must be communicated with us before check-in. Pet Fee is $75 per pet, max of 4 pets. Dogs must be crate trained and please clean up after your dog. No cats or other pets.
Any unannounced/ unapproved pet (pets, emotional support pets or Service Animal) without communication with us prior to booking will result in a fine of $250 per pet. Any animal wastes or excessive animal hair found in the house or in the backyard within our property will be charged an additional cleaning fee of $300.

- Smoking is not permitted indoors or in the backyard, patio, or pool areas. You may smoke in the front yard, but please dispose of all waste properly. **If cigarette butts are found anywhere on the property, including inside the house or in the backyard, patio, or pool areas, a $500 fine will be requested.**

- During your stay, if there is anything that does not work or is broken or does not meet your expectations, please communicate with us by letting us know so we can address them accordingly to ensure an enjoyable stay for you and your guests.

Q: How many beds do you have?
A: 2 king beds, 1 super-queen sleeper sofa, 6 twin bunk beds. ****We have 3 bedrooms and one common space with the super queen size sofa bed, which we count as the 4th room because of its standalone nature.**** Please notice this space is open and connected to the kitchen.

Q: Do I need to bring anything with me to this house?
A: Our home is fully stocked with bath/hand/pool towels, body wash, shampoo, condition, hand lotion, hand soap, laundry detergent, dish washer pods, dishwasher detergent, makeup towels, cotton pads, Q-tips and trash bags. We don't provide toothpastes, which you will need to bring with you.

Q: Can I check in earlier than 4pm or check out later than 10am?
A: Yes, early check in and late check out is possible, however it may be accommodated with a fee. Please contact us to see if we can accommodate your request.
Any fee will only be collected once we confirm that your request can be accommodated.
*Early Check in and Late check out without our approval will be subject to a penalty of $50 per every 30 mins*

Q: Is the pool heated?
A: It's warmed up by solar panels, so the temperature will depend on the weather conditions, with warmer water on sunny days. However, it will not be as hot as a hot tub.
***Please note that in the winter months (like January, February), the pool water temperature may not be warm enough to swim in.

Q: What type of beds do you have?
A: 2 king beds, 1 super-queen sleeper sofa, 6 twin bunk beds.

Q: What is the type of your sleeper sofa?
A: "Comfort Sleeper" by American Leather - the most comfortable sleeper sofa available.

Q: Is your place baby-friendly?
A: Yes, we have a foldable crib with the baby mattress, a pack-and-play that can serve as a second crib, a high chair and baby/kids dinnerware. We have some kids toys in the game room. We also have a safety gate to prevent children from getting to the pool.

Q: Does the pool have a kids safety fence?
A: Yes, it's already installed, but easily removable.

Q: How deep is the pool?
A: 3 - 5 ft

****Additional House rules **** Please Read
- Good Neighbor Policy: Please respect quiet hours from 10pm to 9am and avoid trespassing on neighboring properties. This is a tranquil neighborhood that's best suited for guests looking for a relaxing getaway. We appreciate your understanding.

- Trash Segregation: Please segregate your trash during your stay. Ensure all trash is bagged and placed in the garbage bins. Do not place any loose trash in the cans, and do not leave any trash or bags of trash on the ground outside. *** Please make sure that green trash bin is for grass and landscaping wastes only. Do NOT put other trash in the green trash bin.***

- Accidents: If any damage or stains occur, please let us know as soon as possible so we can address it promptly.

- Turning off, covering or adjusting the cameras is a violation of house rules and against our policy. This may result in guests being removed from property without refund.

Other things to note
- There is one exterior camera solely to keep track of our cleaning team.

- There are seasonal bugs in Florida such as spiders, moths, ants, bees, centipedes, lady beetles, crickets, dragonflies, etc ***NO refund due to the nature of Florida environmental conditions.

By accepting this reservation, you undertake that all guests are expressly assuming the risk for any harm arising from their use of the property or others whom they invite to use the property.
