Guests of all ages are guaranteed to find the perfect bedroom in this spacious home. There are two bedrooms on the first floor that are wheelchair accessible. The other 6 bedrooms are located on the second floor. All bedrooms are equipped with a flat-screen SMART TV!
The first main-level bedroom features a king-sized bed with an attached ensuite bathroom. The second main-level bedroom features a queen bed and a twin bed. There is also an additional separate bathroom.
The second story features Marvel Heroes, Frozen, Moana, Mickey Mouse and Star Wars bedrooms for guests of all ages, as well as an additional beach-themed bedroom! Two bedrooms are equipped with an ensuite bathroom along with an additional Jack n' Jill style bathroom.
All bathrooms are stocked with toilet paper, travel-sized soap, shampoo, conditioner, and plush towels. Please remember to stop at the supermarket to buy any other supplies you may need for your stay.

With stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and all the essentials, whipping up tasty meals for the whole family will be a breeze. When it’s time to gather for a meal, choose from three different dining options. Cozy up to the kitchen island (seating six), eat as a group at the formal dining table (seating ten), or enjoy alfresco dining at the outdoor table (seating eight).

The garage has been converted into a Mario Kart-themed game room that the whole family is sure to love. Enjoy a vacation tournament of basketball, air hockey, or PacMan!

This cozy area features a comfy lounging area, an outdoor table, a grill, a private hot tub, and a heated pool, perfect for your kiddos to play and have fun in! Pool heat set at 80 degrees (May–Sept) and 83 degrees (Oct – April) is included in your reservation; higher temperatures can be provided for an additional cost.

Free parking is available onsite for two vehicles in the driveway. No trailers are allowed on the premises.
For those traveling with little ones, we offer Pack n’ Plays, a highchair, and a tension stair gate, at no additional cost. ***All items must be requested 14 days prior to your arrival.
Just so you know, a baseline set of Pool Heat - set to 80 degrees in the summer (May-Sep), and 83 degrees in the winter (Sep - Apr) is included in your reservation. The Heat Pump Runs from (8 AM – 7 PM).
During the winter, to constantly maintain a more moderate pool temperature, it requires a higher temperature (typically 88 degrees) and the pump is usually required to run 24 HRS a day during your stay. If this sounds like a better option for you, we can provide this service at an additional cost of $35 / Day. Please let our team know at least 48 HRS in advance, as it can take that amount of time to heat the pool with cooler outdoor temperatures.

FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out, and no supply of items such as condiments will be provided prior to check-in.
Other things to note:
Check-in is at 4:00 pm and check-out is at 10:00 am. We do offer either early check-in or late check-out, or both! However, please note this option is only available if we don't have same-day check-in as we require enough time between reservations to clean the home to our professional standards.
