The Neighborhood:

Located at the Crystal Cove Resort, off Highway 192 and Poinciana Blvd. in beautiful Kissimmee, Florida. This upscale gated community is located southeast of the Disney parks and Celebration.



Central Florida is renowned for it’s number of golf courses, both public and private, to suit all styles and abilities. The nearest courses to Crystal Cove are Kissimmee Golf Club, Falcon's Fire and Hawk's Landing.



Crystal Cove Resort is conveniently surrounded by numerous groceries, restaurants, and shopping. Take advantage of the short drives to experience the Kennedy Center, Old Town, and everything in between. The prime location also provides easy commutes around Central Florida and is easily accessible to Walt Disney World, Sea World, and Universal!



The resort neighbourhood offers great on-site amenities ideal for the entire family. The sparkling community pool is surrounded by green space and the children love the colourful playground area. Getting Around:

Crystal Cove is in Kissimmee on Poinciana Boulevard. From the US192, take the turning south at the traffic lights next to Walgreens and opposite Camping World, it is signposted Poinciana Blvd. Drive down this road for a little over 2 miles and Crystal Cove is on your left just past Oren Brown Road.



The US192 is where you will also find Orlando’s newest water park, Island H2o Live! which is just 20 - 25 Minutes away and Kissimmee Old Town, with its Fun Spot attractions at just a 10 - 15 Minutes drive from here.



Attractions on International Drive, including Ripley’s, Wonderworks and Fun Spot America amusement park can be reached in about 25 - 30 Minutes.



The I-4 highway is nearby, meaning Busch Gardens is 75 - 80 Minutes away driving east towards Tampa and Kennedy Space Center is 55 - 60 Minutes away to the west. Florida’s award-winning beaches, including Clearwater, Cocoa, Daytona and Siesta Key, can all be reached in as little as 85 - 90 Minutes from here.



The nearest airport is Orlando International which is 30 - 35 Minutes away, Tampa International is 80 - 85 Minutes away and Melbourne International is 85 - 90 Minutes from here. Miami International Airport, another option for guests to fly into is 210 - 215 Minutes away.

• Pool heating is available upon request and is not included in the booking price. The fee is $35/night with a 2-night minimum. At least 24 hours’ notice is required if you would like to add this service.

• Rent a Pack 'n play for $39 (one-time fee)

• Rent a highchair for $29 (one-time fee)



House Rules:

1. Parties, events and smoking/vaping of any kind are prohibited in or around our property and risk a fine of $150 and/or your full deposit will be forfeited.

2. Please check-out on time. Late departures will result in a fine of $150 for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover.

3. Large messes will result in an additional cleaning fee. Please clean up after yourselves.

4. Outside of service animals, pets are not permitted at this property. Any evidence of pets will result in a fine and/or forfeiture of your full deposit.

5. We do not assume liability for any injuries sustained by using the pool. Please follow all safety precautions and use at your own discretion.

6. Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited on the property.

• If any of these house rules are broken, you and your group may be subject to additional charges or be requested to vacate the property immediately without refund.
