Welcome to this full air conditioned 4 bedroom 3 bathroom pool home located in the wonderful resort community of Terra Verde. Our house is fully equipped to provide the best vacation experience for your family! What you see in the pictures is what you find when you get there.
All bedrooms are equipped with laminated floors.
The space
Located in the desired Gated community Terra Verde Resort with clubhouse, Sundry shops, and a Fitness center.
Large communal pool, games area, Movie theater, cyber cafe, children's playground, Volley ball court, Tennis court, and Sunning Beach.


Featuring on the ground floor, the contemporary modern lounge area is furnished with a comfortable sofa and boasts a 65" LED Smart TV/ Home Theater and entertainment system with a soundbar.

The adjacent dining area is stylishly furnished with a dark wood/ white leather combination, table, and chairs. This area overlooks the private pool and deck area featuring a very modern/ wicker style patio table and chairs; perfect for al fresco dining!

The central kitchen is fully equipped with all modern stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, all pots, pans, dinnerware, and silverware, and plastic ware for the pool area is also provided.

Also on the ground floor is the elegantly decorated Queen bedroom with a 42" Flat screen HDTV and ceiling fan, with an adjacent bathroom with bath/shower, vanity, and toilet.

Full laundry area with washer, dryer, iron, and board, all linens, towels, and pool towels.

On the second floor is the vibrant & sophisticated master suite with King size bed, 50" Flat screen, SMART Full HD TV, and ceiling fans, the en suite bathroom features a shower, vanity, and toilet.

The modern decorated third bedroom features a King sized bed with a 32" Flat screen Smart HDTV and ceiling fans.

The fourth bedroom is tastefully furnished with two full beds and features a 32" Flat screen HDTV and ceiling fans.

These bedrooms share the third family bathroom with bath/shower, vanity and toilet.

All linens and towels are provided for your use.
Guest access
The Community: You will have full access to the community and all its amenities. Feel free to enjoy the pool and have a fresh cocktail, or join the residents on a Wednesday for a movie night in the clubhouse. There is a nice arcade for the kids and a gym for those who are willing to keep the good shape during vacation.
Some amenities on the clubhouse have a small charge. Please consult directly with the clubhouse staff.
The House: You will have free access to the WiFi inside the house and a telephone.
All the clean sheets, towels, plates, cutlery are there for you!
There are two parking lots in front of the house you can use.
Optional pool heating is can be purchased for a minimum of 3 consecutive days. Please consult us about the current prices and availability.
Other things to note
Before you enter the house, I'll send you a Voucher, full of useful information so you have no problems get in the condo and during your stay! Please read it carefully and print it out, as front guards may request it.
