The Space:

Morning light filters through the open living space as the house slowly comes to life, setting an easy rhythm for days filled with theme park adventures and relaxed evenings together. After a full day exploring Orlando, you return to a home designed for connection - where laughter carries from the kitchen to the living room and kids drift back to their favorite themed spaces. The setting stays comfortable year-round, making it easy to focus on time together rather than the weather outside.



The space

This Disney themed, family-friendly home is spread across two floors and offers an open living and dining layout that invites everyone to gather. The living room provides a comfortable spot to unwind with a flat screen TV, while free WiFi and a dedicated workspace make it easy to stay connected if needed. Self check-in with a smart lock allows for a smooth arrival, and the private entrance adds a sense of ease and privacy throughout your stay.



Sleeping arrangements

The home sleeps up to 7 guests across three bedrooms. Two bedrooms feature king size beds, walk-in closets, and their own bathrooms, offering privacy and comfort for adults. The third bedroom is designed with children in mind and includes a bunk bed with a full size mattress on the bottom and a twin on top, a walk-in closet, and a bathroom. This space is stocked with toys, costumes, and a ball pit, creating a playful retreat just for kids. One bedroom is located downstairs, with two bedrooms upstairs.



Bathrooms & laundry

There are three bathrooms in total, providing convenience for families and groups. Bathroom essentials are provided, and a bathtub is available for added comfort. A washer and free in-unit dryer are included, making longer stays and family travel easier.



Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen is set up for home-style meals and casual dining, whether you are starting the day with coffee or gathering for dinner after a long day out. Stainless steel appliances and an open connection to the dining and living areas keep everyone part of the conversation.



Family-friendly features

Beyond the themed bedroom, children can enjoy an indoor play area with toys, a tent, books, and an arcade game. These spaces are designed to give younger guests room to play while adults relax nearby.



Community amenities & parking

Free parking on the premises is available, with space for two vehicles. Guests also have access to shared community amenities including a pool and gym. These spaces add flexibility to your stay, whether you want a refreshing swim or a quick workout.

Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
