This property did not meet expectations based on the listing. The unit is advertised as sleeping seven guests and offering BBQ access, but neither was accurate during our stay.
Communication was also very frustrating. It was not possible to reach an on-site property manager; instead, we were routed through a text messaging service with an off-site representative who was unable to effectively assist with our concerns.
The most disappointing issue was the washer and dryer. The listing clearly stated that in-unit laundry was available, but upon arrival, we discovered the machine was broken. It was evident this was a known issue, as we were told parts were already on order. Unfortunately, this was not disclosed in advance. Traveling with four young children, we specifically relied on this amenity when packing.
As a result, we were left with only four bath towels for a six-day stay, with no ability to wash them. Despite raising this concern daily, we were not provided with additional towels. We were instead told a laundry service would pick up and return our items, but this service never arrived, and we were unable to reconnect with management—they completely stopped responding.
While the resort itself was lovely, the management of this unit was extremely disappointing. We ultimately had to purchase additional towels ourselves just to manage basic needs. There was no follow-up, acknowledgment, or effort made to address the situation.
