Great location with lots to do close by. Would recommend using an uber to go to Universal it was 23 and worth it.

Needs a little better upkeep

You enter through the front double doors in to the pool area, go to the left that is the door to the garage / main house area. Turn to the right and that is a door to a separate bedroom and bathroom, which is NOT really attached to the main house. Accessing the main house through the garage was a bit weird.The door in the rear of the pool area is to the outside and was not secure, no locking mechanism. ALL the patio furniture cushions had mold on them. ALL of the glass sliding doors were very hard to open and close. I called management and they repaired two of them during my stay. There were no curtains or blinds on the sliding doors in the main area of the house. The sun shined in the house every morning, is that good or bad is your point of view.There were bang/scrape marks on many of the walls.The bedroom with the bunk-beds bathroom shower floor was cracked open. It was covered/ (hidden) by the anti-slip shower mat. I killed a couple of bugs coming out of it.The house need a little better upkeep. I don’t think I will be staying there again . But it was not the worst place to stay.

Great house and location, pool area could use some attention

We loved the house and location, but the pool/hot tub and outside area by the pool could use some serious attention. We loved the set up of the bedrooms, having one off to the side was a plus for our friends that stayed with us! It gave them their own space and let our family have our own space. The inside of the house was very clean. Had lots of dishes and cooking supplies. The pool area wasn’t the cleanest. When we got there the screen over the whole pool area had a layer of old leaves on top of it. It made enjoying the pool hard because all the small pieces of leaves and stuff would come down thru and land in the pool all day long. It would even land in drinks. After we requested it be addressed, they finally sent a man over to blow the leaves off. He tried to clean it, and got a lot of the bigger piles cleared off but that made the smaller pieces come down into the pool and our drinks/food every day. The pool and hot tub worked great, until it didn’t. We had many issues with the pool staying clear, and the hot tub and pool only heated up for the first 10 days of our stay, even tho we paid for the whole 14 days. When we asked the worker that came from the management company about it he told us it was heated and we didn’t know what we were talking about. He actually told us “so it isn’t all bad if you like inside the house. It’s just the outside you don’t like?” It is a great house but the pool area needs some attention in the near future.

Nightmare vacation

The back yard was a major construction site with vibrating rollers waking us up every morning then when they were finally done at like day 10 the following day we were woken up by smashing roof tiles into a dumpster at 7am next door for next 2 days then when that was over they were cutting down and chipping trees the last day we were their I am still trying to get all the wood particles off our new car We are glad to get home for some piece and quiet. Took 3 days for them to get pool heat and cleaned even though we paid extra for it. walk in shower had damage to floor which was hidden under bath Mat but I found it when my foot went through it and cut my heel open not really sure how much more we could have dealt with and not gone insane

Would stay here again!

Everything was great! Close to a lot of main attractions along with having its own entertainment on the property with a built-in pool. Communications were on point along with the process, they were very nice and understanding!

My family and I stayed here during my son's Spring Break to visit the parks. The location was great. It was very close to Disney and plenty of restaurants. As for the property, it definitely could have been better. The property is in desperate need of deep cleaning and maintenance. The sink in the master bathroom was draining poorly. The tub leaked constantly. The tub surface was also very slippery. The pool was serviced but because there was excess debris on the screen that looks like it hasn't been cleared in quite some time and it kept falling into the pool, so we didn't use the pool. There were tears in the curtains. There were marks all over the walls. The headboard in the master bedroom was broken. There were also some electrical issues. The pictures make the property appear to be in good condition, but they are older pictures and are misleading. I also sent the property management company a list of the things that were wrong but received no response.

Nice cool layout especially for two families staying together.

Property was a very cool layout with a perfect set up for 2 families, with one bedroom off the main house, walk in the front door to the pool area, quiet gated neighborhood, could use a deep clean and a good cleaning in between guest, but definitely one of my favorites minus the mess.

Mixed Feelings

This property was oddly configured with guest quarters separate from the main house, which was nice in some ways because our friends were there with us and they have 3 children so they had the bedrooms in the house and my husband and I were in the guest quarters at night. It was rather inconvenient though during the day, and if we needed anything in the main house at night because all the doors had to be locked and we had to keep the key with us at night. Also this property owner leaves a car in the garage and we had to walk around that to get into the house. Parts of the property were clean and well cared for and others needed improvement. The area rug in the living room was disgusting and the pool chair cushions were mildewed and gross. Several light bulbs were out and we could find no replacements on hand so we had to go buy light bulbs. On the "kudos" side: the pool and hot tub were great. Though there was a problem with the pool heat during our stay, the home management company sent someone out on Thanksgiving Day to fix it!! That was a huge surprise and greatly appreciated! However, I am not sure we would stay here again.

Great location but disappointed with a few things.

The entrance to the house was through the garage and we were not informed the an suv was going to be parked in the way of the door. After the 3rd day we went to use the washer and the nob was broken I called the people in charge and they sent a repair guy who wasn't able to fix it so we had no washer to use during our stay. I asked them wasy that one ofbthe amenities andbinwas told that there was nothing they can do. Very disappointed on how dirty and dingy the area of the pool was the lawn chairs had black mold on them and the outside cushions for the barstools were disgusting. The netting over the pool area seems like it was never cleaned and you can see the black nasty drips coming down the walls from all the nasty debris that has been sitting on it for a long time. The sliding doors were bery hard to slide never been cleaned. The pics on the site seemed like they been taking a long time ago was very disappointed on the property. I don't recommend thos property to no one it was a waste of our money.

Beautiful Choice

This place was beautiful, spacious, and relaxing. Each bedroom had it's own bathroom and shower. The pool was gorgeous and relaxing. The property was very clean.

What a trip!!

It was quite the adventure.. florida weather left us at travel delays... but on to the property. It was in a great location to get to the attractions that we came to do and is on a dead end street. When we first arrived trying to navigate the owner's car (which we knew was there) made it a challenge to get your things inside. (Yes I know we could open the slider by the pool, but I will get to that. ) watch the shelf fy the garage steps, I kept banging my shoulder off it. At first glance it seemed clean.. but ...it was what seemed to be "staged clean" when you sat down you notice what the cleaning staff missed. The frying pans were.. handles on the siding glass doors would be great very hard to open and don't glide well at all. What seems to be an accessible bathroom is in the room with bunk beds so it is not an ideal room for someone with the need of a walker or wheelchair. There is no security door only a screen door that leads from pool to side yard, not very safe. The pool was green when we arrived AND WAS TAKEN CARE OF BY THE MANAGEMENT COMPANY PROMPTLY AS WELL AS THE BROKEN air conditioner. We had to replace batteries in the pool door alarms. The pool also needs handles to get in and out. Definitely not a place for potty trainers or those who have bathroom medical issues 2 bathrooms are at the back of the house and one is thru the court yard in the apartment that my son enjoyed.

Home is lovely, but hire a new janitorial staff

The home is lovely. My family and I did not have any issues except for the cleanliness of the home. The owners should really look into hiring a new janitorial staff because their current staff will be the reason they lose rental tenants. Upon arrival there appeared to not be any issues with the cleanliness of the home, but upon settling in we found several. The home did not have any wash cloths to shower with, so we had to purchase our own. The towels that were provided were full of hair so they had to be washed before using. The home did not have any dish wash cloths so we had to purchase our own. The shower curtain in the master bathroom was covered in mildew and mold. The under bed storage in the room of the bunk beds were full of hair, lent, and some sort of tiny dead bugs. The mop and broom that were provided to keep up the cleanliness of the home were full of hair. I did report these issues to the rental agency via email the night of our arrival. They purchased a new mop, broom, dust pan,and shower curtain. Our family vacation was great, but I didn't expect to deep clean someone's home.

Older home, still had a wonderful time

We knew she wasn't perfect when we booked. When we arrived the kitchen faucet had apparently sprung a leak, we immediately called Matthew and he was at the house within minutes. He cleaned up the water and made arrangements to replace it the next morning. We did "clean" house before settling in as she was sorta clean but not really. I personally would have done a once over even if house was spotless. There was some terrible weather on the way down a d it was waiting for us when we arrived so the lounge cushions etc were unusable. Once again didn't care. Only real issue around pool was no handrails at pool or hot tub and being disabled it was difficult to get in and out. Being a "chef" I brought all my own cookware but I did clean and arrange the pots and pans. I was in need of a frying pan and I found 3 but 2 were unusable and hidden in a cupboard with a real nice stainless chef pan that I tried to salvage but someone just abused it and never cleaned it The property could use a cleanup like in the front yard, I offered the gardener/pool guy 60 bux to clean it up so we could take a pic but he laughed at me...lol. But to be honest my wife and I had the best vacation we have ever been on we used the pool excessively and soaked in the hot tub enough to make soup. Excellent location, just a few minutes to everything. Brunos!!!....hell yeah, enough said.

Enjoyed Our Stay

We had an enjoyable stay at this property. We were there for our Disney trip and it was a great time. The home is in a gated and quiet neighborhood that is about a 10-15 min drive to the Disney parks, depending on traffic. There are tons of food and shopping options nearby, as well. The home was very clean and the pool was an added bonus. We had them turn the pool heat on and that worked as expected. There are pots, pans, cups/glasses and silverware for use. The pans were a little old but worked well enough. We didn’t have any of the issues that a previous reviewer had mentioned and the communication with the owner was excellent and timely. Thank you again for letting us use your home on our vacation!

AC broken!!! lanai was moldy and walls had cracks and paint peeling.

Upon arriving we noticed AC and sliders were not working. Called management company and they sent maintence guy. He came 20 min later and was not very pleasant. He seemed bothered that he was there. He stated he had only been to that property one other time and that it was normal for doors to be like that. Needless to say my husband ended up chipping away dirt and sand from traps just to be able to open doors and used WD40. The manager was very unprofessional and rude and even told us we could borrow fans and we should get them before 5 pm since he would be leaving. AC guy was contacted and we ended up waiting until 6:30 for him to replace motor to AC but handler part he had to order. It was very loud inside the entire time we were there since handler never shut off. We ended up wasting almost all day after driving 3 1/2 hours with a 5 and 7 year old to get there. The next day we came back to rental to find lanai door screen cut. Obvious someone had come into property. Called emergency number and they admitted to letting someone cut the screen to have pool checked for leaks. Sunday around 4 pm we noticed AC wasnt working again. Checked outside and AC had completely stopped running. Called emergency number twice and left messages. To this day no one ever called us back. We were supposed to check out Monday at 10 am but we had no AC and we ended up leaving Sunday at 5 pm. Needless to say this really ruined our vacation that we had saved up for 5 years. Overall horrible experience with this rental which is shame because it has the potential of being a very nice property. Not maintained at all and we found 3 bugs when we entered. One under the sink, one in the shower and one by a very dusty silk plant. I gave them the benefit of the doubt on the bugs since it is Florida. Also there was no extra toilet paper just whatever was on the roll and and about 3 trash bags and no paper towels or cleaning products. Not stocked at all. We ended up going to buy all that. I would say stay away from this property and Safe yourself a headache unless owner takes care of all these problems.
