USEFUL INFORMATION:

PARKING: Parking is free, Parking in front of the house for 5 cars.
Commercial Vehicles, RVs and Trailers are not permitted at Storey Lake.
Street parking is not allowed.
Cars parked in a tow-away zone or parked on property without permission may be towed at the car owner's expense.

THIS HOME IS SELF-CATERING: The following items are left at the house for your arrival: 1 shampoo, 1 rinse cream, 1 soap, and 2 toilet papers in each bathroom. In the kitchen 2 bag and garbage, 2 dishwasher soap, and  a paper towel. In the laundry room 2 soaps for washing clothes.
WE DO NOT PROVIDE WASH CLOTHES due to hygiene issues.
I suggest that if you stay more than 2 days go to Walmart and shop for cleaning and bathing.
**In all bathrooms we leave bath towels, hand towels for the number of guests that the house can accommodate.
All beds have sheets, duvets and pillows.
*** We do not replace bed linen and towels during the guests' stay, all of our houses have a washing machine and dryer.

HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

Propane Gas only Grill Rules: For the use of the barbecue there is a fixed fee of $85.00 for the entire length of the stay, for post checkout cleaning and propane replacement.

TRASH DISPOSAL: Please dispose the trash daily in the plastic bench to keep a clean home.

Please do not remove or move furniture and decorative ornaments from the original position of the house without prior permission, subject to a fine.

We are not responsible for items or belongings left in the house after checkout, please, when leaving, carefully check the removal of all your belongings and suitcases from the house so that there are no problems.

We are not responsible for purchases made over the internet by guests, if there are shipping problems. We are not responsible for belongings left in the house, please check all your belongings when you leave so you don't forget anything in the house.

ONLINE PURCHASE: If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender.
Only UPS, DHL and FEDEX delivers them. In some resorts the packages are delivered to the clubhouse. Fees may apply. Some resorts may not accept them. Keep in mind we are not responsible for unexpected issues with your online purchases. If you have any questions, please contact us.

🔥 POOL HEATING (OPTIONAL)
Cost: US$ 45.00 per day.
Minimum: 3 consecutive days.
Temperature: Will not exceed 90°F.
Request: Must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
The attached spa is NOT a jacuzzi. It can only be heated together with the entire pool, and both will have the same temperature.
• It does not have jets.
The pool heater operates through HEAT EXCHANGE and DOES NOT WORK PROPERLY IN COLD WEATHER. If the guest chooses to heat the pool during cold conditions, the water may take up to 24 hours to reach the desired temperature. If the outside temperature is below 42°F, the pool may not reach the desired temperature, and no refunds will be issued.
The pool heater pumps are equipped with a safety system that prevents overheating when the equipment is overworked during very cold weather. In these cases, the system may automatically shut off briefly until normal operation is restored.
