"The villa has a lot of atmosphere. It is an old house, which gives it a lot of character, some things may call for a bit of upkeep at first sight, but you forget once you settle down in the wonderful house and garden. The house is in a small, very close community, and even though there are many neighbors, it is extremely quiet and very safe and welcoming. People constantly walking their dogs - which we like, we love dogs. Laguna and Dana Point just around the corner. Great shopping in the area....

"The cottage looks very cute from the outside and the inside pictures as well. The rug was filthy, in need of a deep cleaning or replacement. The bathroom had dirt grime on the floor caulking with mold spots in the shower/tub area. Most things were dusty and in need of a deep cleaning. "

"Host was great to work with. Unit was neat & clean. Kitchen was well equipped. Outside area was nice & enclosed which worked well for our small dog. Street parkin was an issue couple of times & required parking block away."
