"We had an amazing time at this perfect VRBO. The homeowners bought a pack n play for us prior to our arrival. This made our trip with our 2 year old and 9 month old so much easier and was so accommodating of the homeowner! The house itself is INCREDIBLE. Cute little front yard and patio. Clean and renovated beach interior. Galley kitchen is lovely and fully updated. We loved everything about our trip and we're so sad to leave Laguna!!"

"My husband, 2 year old and I stayed in the upper unit mid July to mid August. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised by the view! You have a panoramic view of the ocean that is just amazing. We also felt it was a bit more spacious than the pictures depicted! The unit had everything we needed for our month stay. It’s in a great location. We never walked the 6 blocks to the beach but you could have. We just didn’t want to tackle the hill with our 2 year old. We thoroughly enjoyed our time...

"The villa has a lot of atmosphere. It is an old house, which gives it a lot of character, some things may call for a bit of upkeep at first sight, but you forget once you settle down in the wonderful house and garden. The house is in a small, very close community, and even though there are many neighbors, it is extremely quiet and very safe and welcoming. People constantly walking their dogs - which we like, we love dogs. Laguna and Dana Point just around the corner. Great shopping in the area....

"Excellent location. Robert was great at handling the couple of requests we had. Walk to beaches, restaurants, free trolley to downtown Laguna Beach. Cannot park on premises but never had a problem parking. This was fond of Lay to June 1. Parking may be different in summer months. Would recommend."

"My daughter and I stayed for three nights and had such an awesome time. From the minute we parked our car, we were ready to relax and take it all in. The cottage is very charming and very clean. I have been vacationing in North Laguna my entire life (since I was in my Mom's belly) and I have so many fond childhood memories of Shaw's Beach and Boat Canyon/Fishermen's Cove. This was the perfect place to share these with my daughter as well as make new ones. I am so grateful that we found this...

"Pros Great location in Dana Point Very clean and quiet Room for one car in driveway, possibly 2 small cars. Cons Description says it will sleep 6, we booked for 5 and paid the extra charge. However there were only 4 bath towels and minimal bedding - luckily 3 of our party couldn’t make it - I don’t think it would have worked for 5. It was fine for two. Very bare bones amenities in terms of toiletries and some of the nice touches of home, however the kitchen was well stocked with cooking...

"Our stay at the Manzanita Cottage was so nice! When you first pull up, everything is perfectly hidden until you go through the front gate. I loved how everything was so tucked in by bushes/trees. You definitely get a perfect amount of privacy. We stayed in the green cottage and it was so so so gorgeous inside. We did a lot of walking as the beach/stores were so close. It was hard to leave and we definitely look forward to booking more trips here in the future!"

"The cottage was the perfect place to stay to enjoy Laguna Beach. A quick walk to the beach and downtown, close drive to hiking trails and amazing scenery. Everything on the “business side” was easy (communication, check-in/check-out) and the cottage was clean and the perfect size for our group of 6. Definitely recommend!"
