This condo is under new ownership and the new owners have renovated the unit with new beds in the 2nd bedroom and a new sofa sleeper in the living room. All new memory foam pillows as well. New balcony furniture made in Ohio that features a 6 person outdoor dining table. The condo has been freshly painted with new colors and decorations.

This 3 bedroom 2 bath Phoenix 7 Condo is a corner unit located on the East side of the 12th floor with sleeping arrangements to accommodate 10 people. Upon entering with an electronic key code, you are welcomed by a large foyer that leads to the main hall. The master bedroom has a private balcony with seating, king bed, and adjoining master bath with a tub/shower combo. The second bedroom has a queen bed while the third bedroom has two full size beds. All bedrooms have a TV equipped with Direct TV and each has a large closet. The hall bath is a tub/shower combo off the main hall leading to the living/kitchen area.

In the entry area the closet has a beach wagon, toys, beach chairs and umbrella for your use. There are hair dryers, iron and ironing board along with a child playpen as well. We have a keyless door lock that works with an electronic code and keeps you from having to keep up with keys. Free unlimited Wi-Fi is provided.

Your new home away from home features kitchen, living, and dining all open concept and a warm environment. Floor to ceiling windows line the walls with beautiful direct views of the Gulf. There is a large wrap around balcony with two sliding glass door entry points off the kitchen and living areas. A full size washer and dryer is provided for your comfort. There is a Keurig for your convenience.
