"This property worked perfectly well for our family's needs/wants. The location and the fact that it had a parking space is the main reason why we chose it. We loved being able to take a short walk to the beach. The harbor is even closer but we preferred going to the beach most days. Having the parking spot was very helpful in this area. "Cute little Quaint studio. Just a minute walk to the ocean. Parking was easy with overnight parking just a minute walk to the studio. Very peaceful and relaxing! It has a kitchen so I was able to cook! Absolutely loved it "

"We loved the location which is about a 1 minute walk to mission beach. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. The parking spot is pretty tight but nice to have. The bed was comfortable enough. The portable a/c didn’t really cool the entire apartment but opening windows was nice. We would stay here again! "
