"The property was well kept. Check in was a breeze. The assistance with getting our luggage from garage to rental was awesome. Friendly staff. The riverwalk and shops near by was wonderful!!!! If I could change anything , it was be the cost. It was a little pricey but with today’s economy. The owner has to make a profit. So it’s understandable. All in all we had a great time with our friends!!!! We will come back!!!!!"

"It was a great place. We had a lot of fun. It was perfect and the club house was an extra bonus. The communication was smooth and timely."

"loved everything about staying. beautiful spot!"

"Our stay on this houseboat in Wilmington was nothing short of amazing! The houseboat was exceptionally clean, modern, stylish, and surprisingly spacious. The views were absolutely beautiful and made our stay even more memorable. What truly set this experience apart was the outstanding customer service. The staff went above and beyond by providing shuttle service to and from the parking garage, as well as transportation to various nearby spots, making it incredibly convenient to explore the...

"Super cute! The perfect backdrop to two friends catching up! "

"Everything was perfect except the weather. But we had more time to enjoy the houseboats!"

"The dog bowls and dog bed in the unit was a pleasant surprise."

"Very cool concept- Pros: Accommodates Pets. We didn’t end up bringing our dog, but the rental was equipped with dog bowls and other goodies. Very Clean. Cool concept- Outdoor areas were very fun and layout was great for two families. Cons: Only has AC in living areas. Had to sleep with doors wide open to avoid baby overheating. Arduous check in process. Early check in/out is an extra 100 dollars. Too many check out procedures. Overall a fun concept but not as streamlined and way more expensive...

"The place was just like to listing described. It was very clean, peaceful and relaxing and thrmicarion was great "

"The pictures were accurate. The location was great. Not far from the beach and walkable to three great restaurants. Bonita, Marina Grill and Sugo. The property staff was amazing and super nice. The golf cart service was a life saver. Highly recommend you read the host detailed instructions. They truly covered everything but I missed how to lock the door. They were fast to respond and followed up to make sure we figured it out. 100% would stay again. Perfect room me and three 19year Olds."

"So much fun! We would definitely recommend and we plan on going back!"

"Enjoyed our stay!"

"Perfect, quiet weekend getaway!"

"The stay was great. Loved the atmosphere and the stuff on sight was great. We had an opportunity to see Wilmington in it new growth after leaving this area 30 years ago. We are looking forward to coming again. We even had to tell people who were visiting in the area."
