"I thought the houseboat was terrific. Very well appointed, clean and well-designed. The admin staff was very responsive and helpful. I am disappointed though that they charged me 50 for an early check that was only two hours prior to the regular check in time. This is the “off-season” and there was no need for them to schedule any quick turn around with their cleaning service to accommodate my request. A bit of a money grab if you ask me. "Everything about our stay was wonderful from the check-in to check-out we enjoyed every minute. The host was responsive to the few questions I had and having a crew there to transport us to and from the parking garage was convenient. The space was perfect for 2 couples with plenty of common areas to sit an relax. The coffee was an added bonus and was delish! Will definitely stay again."

I had requested if some lights could be on because I had a late arrival at 10pm and they were not. The dock to the patio to get in is a bit far from the dock. You should have a handrail built there especially since you don’t allow the boat to leave. Using a hose that hangs from the ceiling to balance myself carrying my luggage to the patio is very unsafe.
