"The Charles is perfectly located for exploring Niagara-on-the-Lake, and by being at the end of the shopping area it avoids having the tourist crowds. All the Staff were wonderful: helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. Special call-out to the breakfast staff who were exceptional. "We enjoyed our stay in a nice little room in this historic inn. Check in was easy, staff were friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. There is a pub on the ground floor, so we expected some noise, as we were advised of at the time of booking, and it was fine. Great food, drink and staff in the pub. We would definitely stay again."
