"What a wonderful few days we spent here. The staff are amazing. Without fail any staff that we met during our stay asked how we were, how was our stay, acknowledged us. The gardens are beautiful. Our room was spacious. Very clean and well appointed. Overall we were very happy. The owner Amir should know that he is very respected and we were told how much various staff members liked him.
Would happily stay here again."
"The property is very nice and the rooms are very clean and well done. The staff is also very nice, I just wished there was a coffee maker in the room and/or the restaurant coffee shop opened earlier than 8 AM. Other than that the Kent Motel was great!"

"Rigtig hyggeligt og dejligt hotel med personligt touch hele vejen igennem. Kan ikke huske hvornår vi sidst fik spiste morgenmad i sengen - bakke med alt hvad der hørte til blev stillet ved døren kl 8.
Det eneste lille irritationsmoment var at der var ret lydt på værelset, ventilationsrist var monteret i væg mellem vores og naboværelset,så vi blev desværre generet af lyd fra naboværelset."
"Beautiful hotel, nice big suites for a reasonable price! Parking is free, and breakfast is included and was delicious! The hotel had a few games and books you could borrow, as well as a nice outdoor space to enjoy, with a little putting area that needed some fixing, but still kept our son entertained for a short while. The pool was nice, too! Was great for a hotel, best we've stayed in for awhile. But for a Niagra Falls vacation, if wanting to use wego and see the falls attractions, we found...
"We had a great stay! We had a quick one night trip and we would have loved to stay longer! This resort area is great! The kids loved the pool, the store was nice and the entire kept up well.
Only complaint which echos some other reviews is the water is cold within minutes for the shower, however we are used to camping and expected it but these models are so large seems like a bigger hot water tank would come with them. That wouldn’t stop us from staying again. Great place! "
"The Charles is perfectly located for exploring Niagara-on-the-Lake, and by being at the end of the shopping area it avoids having the tourist crowds.
All the Staff were wonderful: helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. Special call-out to the breakfast staff who were exceptional.
The food at Breakfast (omelette- wow) and fine-dining in The Hobnob was also exceptional.

"Dejligt store værelser med en fantastisk udsigt over vandfaldene (premium med to queensize med Fallsview var bestilt).Vi fik værelse på 15. sal. Fantastisk at kunne følge udsigten fra solopgang til lysshow om natten. Lidt svingende hvad roomservice fik fyldt op med, men overordnet fin service. Kort gåafstand til kabelbane til Behind the Falls og busforbindelse til de øvrige forlystelser."
