Welcome to this new home away from home in Brooklyn! This expansive, fully furnished studio offers the perfect blend of luxury and convenience in the vibrant Bath Beach and Bensonhurst neighborhoods. Located in the iconic, newly built 31-story building, enjoy breathtaking water views and all the comforts of modern living.
The space
This studio is outfitted with top-of-the-line appliances, including a dishwasher, dryer, and washer, providing a seamless living experience. Whether you're here for a short stay or a longer retreat, this space is perfect for hosting guests, working remotely, or simply relaxing.

Our building offers modern, state-of-the-art amenities for our guests to enjoy. These amenities are available for a monthly fee of $50, and the hours of operation are from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM daily:

Please note: No gatherings, events, or groups may use the amenities. Violation of this policy will result in the revocation of shared amenity access.

Additional Policies:

Smoking Policy:
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Please note that the building management can impose fines of up to $500 for violations of this rule.

Key Replacement/Lockout Fee:
A fee will be charged for missing or replacement keys, as well as incidents of lockout, according to the following schedule:

Lockout Price Log:
- Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM: $75 lockout fee
- Monday - Friday: 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM: $150 lockout fee
- Friday (4:00 PM) - Monday (8:00 AM): $200 lockout fee

Late Check-Ins:
For check-ins after 7 PM, we may be able to accommodate your request for an additional fee ($60-$150), as we will need to arrange for someone to assist with your late arrival. Please contact us in advance to confirm availability.

Key Fobs:
We provide one key fob per booking. If an additional key fob is needed, it can be arranged with a refundable deposit of $250. The deposit will be returned after checkout, provided all key fobs are returned in good condition.
