Godt hotel med fantastisk placering
Hvis man elsker Williamsburg, er dette et fantastisk hotel, som ligger rigtig godt. Det er et travlt hotel, og der foregår mange ting både i baren i kælderen og i vandtårnet på toppen. Måske også lidt for mange ting. Værelset er småt, men godt. Dejlig udsigt.

Pool området var servicen ikke i orden, hverken i baren, eller pool boys, ud over det er det lidt meget når der står 4 vagter til en pool på et hotel. Alt andet virker på hotellet.

Awesome hotel
Love the hotel and pool at the roof is awesome and off course the view is beautiful. I will come back again and stay here.

Cool hotel, awful service
Way too many people was let in for the pool making it effectively unavailable for hotel guests and due to the many people going in and out the elevators was useless and waittime was forever. Had to walk the stairs going in and out of the hotel. I dont mind getting my steps in, but in a heatwave, walking to 7th floor is not too much fun. Next day the pool wasnt ready at 8am as promised, I was there for 45 min and it didnt open by the time I had to leave again. I would have just planned my day differently had I known, but there was no information to get from anyone anywhere. That said, the hotel it self was very cool, the rooms were nice and clean and everything in the room worked perfectly. The lobby bar was also really cool and the area around the hotel is amazing.

This hotel was lovely but a few things made it less than ideal. There was very loud construction happening inside the building the whole time we were there, we were not informed ahead of time that the pool would be closed when we were there, and strangely our bedside lamps were not working properly. Also, every day (3 days in a row) that we were there we got texts from the hotel about possible fire alarms which made it stressful to book any work meetings online while I was staying there for fear that they’d be interrupted by a fire alarm.

The shower leaked all over the bathroom floor. Apparently this is a problem throughout the hotel as it is a design flaw. The rooms are quite small with a ridiculously small closet and a small fridge in the small closet. There is no real sense of design or decor in the room. We had a number of family and guests staying at the hotel for our daughter’s wedding. When we asked to take a few pre wedding photos we were told we would have to pay for the privilege. When I mentioned that collectively we were spending over $10,000 at the hotel it didn’t matter to them. We were told that every hotel in the area charges to have photos taken on their premises which is absurd.

Very clean! Easy checkin. Very quiet in room despite the active location. There’s a noise machine if needed but I didn’t event need it. Love the shower and soaps too!

The front desk and restaurant staff was very nice and helpful, but your housekeeping department is quite bad. The floors were dirty when we arrived, and were never cleaned properly, the beds were only made twice, even though we stayed 5 nights.

The room looked like a renovation in progress that needed to be completed. Paint splatters on the wood flooring, and huge blank grey walls with no artwork. The bed didn't fit into its frame, and had no headboard. Also, ridiculously tiny pieces of furniture(literally 1 tiny desk that looks like it would fit a 6-year old, and one tiny bedside table. The other side of the bed was jammed up against the wall, so the person that slept on that side had to crawl over the bed to get to their side. A bare curtain rod with the rings still on it. As for the bathroom, there was a dirty bathroom floor when we arrived that was never really cleaned during our three night stay, not even hair being vacuumed up. The shower didn't have a curtain or door, and the spray went halfway into the bathroom. All the doors into the rooms were all beat up-- never wiped down or maintained. And at checkout, there was a $120 plus charge on our room for a breakfast that we never ordered. We cannot in any way recommend this hotel.

The hotel environment was very inviting. The staff was friendly and supportive. All rooms were furnished with umbrellas which was great because it rained all day on Friday.

Overall, it was a nice experience. The biggest issue was that the blinds was malfunctioning meaning we couldn't use it because it kept getting stuck.
