"Paul was an amazing host. He made sure we were comfortable and settled in. He provided a list of places to see and eat. The parking was right outside the door. Freret street is within a blocks walk with shopping and restaurants near by. The cottage was exactly as described clean, nicely decorated and AC was ice cold. Great on hot and humid days. Very close to the Street car. And easy access to the French Quarter. Only thing negative is the bed is small could use a queen or King size bed in room....

"We loved our stay here! It is a charming spot that had everything we needed. It is within walking distance to a some great restaurants or an easy 5-10 minute Uber ride into the French Quarter. "Bourbon Street vibe without the noise.The property boasts art, lush greenery, and natural and restored beauty everywhere. The convenience of the one-block walk to the grocery store and the incredible coffee shop, not to mention all the other walkable delights, can't be beat. We had a great time. "Staying here was wonderful. I can't recommend this place enough. Neighbors were great. Duplex is well appointed with everything you need. There are plenty of restaurants in area and the neighborhood bar next door is the best. Multigenerational patrons and great place to watch sports. I was there for all the World Cup games."

"This VRBO was exactly as posted. Very clean, safe neighborhood and the communication with the Host was very quick. We parked in front of the house and walked to the FQ as well as used other transportation for further locales. The only concern was the beds were VERY FIRM. This is a personal preference so I am not counting this against the rental. "
