We had a fantastic stay! The home was very clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a great vacation. The pool was awesome, check-in and check-out were easy, and the location was perfect. The host was friendly, responsive, and stayed in touch throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Perfect family friendly place

Location was perfect for our visit to New Orleans. Neighborhood restaurants within walking distance were as wonderful as our accommodations.

The house was amazing. Plenty of bathrooms.The air conditioning worked perfectly!!!! We loved being able to walk to the ferry. The pool was very refreshing after walking the in the Louisiana heat! We had coffee on the covered back porch. Our host Amy was only a text away. Very attentive to any need we had. We definitely want to stay in this house when we come back to NOLA!

Great birthday trip

We loved the house! The pool was great! We loved the neighborhood and Mango! Definitely would stay again! Communications with the host were very helpful and she was very sweet!

70th birthday

Worked out perfect being so close to family home. Fantastic, comfortable feel to the whole house Beautiful historic windows in bedrooms over looking the river. Very enjoyable neighborhood.

This was our second time at the property, having stayed here three years ago. Everything about it is excellent. Extremely clean, very well appointed, luxurious home. The area is safe, and it's easy to drive to the French Quarter, or take the short five minute ferry ride.

Excellent property in Algiers

We had a great time! The house is amazing and luxurious. Great location with excellent neighborhood bars, restaurants and easy access to the French Quarter by ferry or short drive. Our host Amy was great to deal with, will recommend to others and we'll book it when we return.

Awesome Home

Stay was amazing during this hectic time in NO. We came for a funeral and this was the Zen needed. We were able to relax and rest totally. Amy was the perfect host answered any questions and made our stay comfortable. I will definitely stay here again

AMAZING STAY!

This house was the perfect stay for a group of 7 of us. We had so much fun in the pool, taking the ferry to French quarter, and exploring the neighborhood. Can’t recommend Amy enough!

Amazing experience!

The owners did not spare an expense in decor and design of this house! The location was amazing- our kids loved riding the ferry over to the city. Beautiful house and neighborhood! We hope to stay here again on future trips to NO.

A great time!

We had such a great time at the river house! The property is gorgeous and was very spacious for us all to sprawl out after our long travel. Getting around was pretty easy too, with the ferry close by and a bus stop right near the house. Owner was quick to respond the one time I needed her. Overall a 5 star stay and I highly recommend the river house!

Perfect location for our group!

Clean, convenient, modern, soooo comfortable and the hosts are nice as pie! Would def recommend for a group looking to explore New Orleans. Close to French Quarter but not too close. Property is in a very local, laid back neighborhood. Literally nothing negative to say about the location, property, or hosts!

Girls Trip

We had a fantastic time at this property. Amy was very easy to get in touch with and provided everything needed for a smooth transition. The girls and I had a blast! Pool was wonderful to have in the heat for a nice cool down!

Nice house across the Mississippi from the French quarter

The house is located in Algers just across the Mississippi from the French quarter. The house is very nice and clean. We used the pool which is small but nice after a warm day. Highly recommend!

Great space for family

Property was great accomodations for family with various ages. Everyone had their own space and opportunity for entertainment. Backyard allowed family to come together. Home was located in area that allowed you to access entertainment and cultural activities.

Beautiful home in ideal location

I loved this home with the modern amenities, gas fireplace, quality kitchen appliances, salt water pool, abundant views, natural lighting, luxurious showers and bathtub, super comfy beds, whimsical art and TV’s in every room. The house was just a short drive to everything we wanted to experience in the area and situated in a lovely neighborhood that was nice for walking and exploring. If I visit New Orleans again I will definitely plan my trip around staying here again!

This place was great!

For us this was a great house in an excellent location. Quiet, charming neighborhood only a quick ferry ride to over Canal Street and French Quarter. Rivers views from almost every bedroom. Beautiful large kitchen for family cooking. Back yard porch, lounge area and dipping pool for relaxing. Excellent communication from hostess.

Great location

It was a great house, and we loved the location. However, we were not expecting continued communication with property owner and the property manager entering the property when we were out. We were in town for a family wedding and it was alittle overbearing.

Amazing

The home was gorgeous. Due to the weather we had a lot of time to spend in the home and there was never a dull moment. From the gourmet kitchen, the out outdoor pool area to the plenty of games provided to keep us entertained, we had an enjoyable time. Amy was responsive and very accommodating. The next time er are in NO we will be booking again.

Amazingly Adventurous

The home was absolutely beautiful! The first day we utilized the pool and played games around the pool. My sister in law cooked a huge delicious breakfast in the beautiful kitchen as we hung on the deck and enjoyed the view! New Orleans was Good to us and having a wonderful place to call home for our vacation made it even better! Amy Lewis you get 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Algiers Gem

We had a lovely time staying at this beautiful home. The convenience of being right on the water and a 10 minute walk (on the levy) to the ferry terminal was priceless! 5 minute ferry ride and you're in the French Quarter. Algiers Point is also a special little gem. Lots of beautiful architecture, felt very safe, great local eats! Easy/safe parking on the street too. We would 100% stay here again! My only negative was that the kitchen drawers were a bit messy and chaotic.

This place is perfect for a family!!!!!

We came for Christmas for a surprise trip for our kids and this house did not disappoint!!! Everything was amazing and felt like home, even down to having Mango the kitty cat hang out with us!!!! We loved Mango, the house and the neighborhood!!! Not to mention the ferry was a 10 min walk so you could go to the FQ without your car and we did, it was nice! Thanks to the host for such great communication!!!! We for sure will be back!!!

Wonderful home for family gatherings

Wonderful home for a family vacation. The house was perfect for our family of 5 and grandparents. Great entertaining and social area. We were all able to eat, play games and gather with pleat of space but not disconnected. The back yard was a bonus after walking around all day. We were able to relax around the pool. Location was wonderful for us. Only a 15 minute drive to uptown/magazine,etc or take the ferry strait to the quarter. Very relaxed area great views of the Mississippi River. Our kids loved walking along the river path and watching the shops go by. Would definitely recommend!
