Immerse yourself into New Orleans culture by staying at Masion Bleue, a newly renovated historic single-floor shotgun home in the Marigny. The home offers a vibrant décor inside and outside. Relax in the heated/cooled cocktail pool and enjoy a drink from the inside wet bar equipped with a beverage cooler and ice machine. The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Masion Bleue welcomes large groups with 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms.

Masion Bleue was built in 1875 and renovated in 2023, leaving some of the original historic features intact but adding a spacious design for a short-term rental.
Bedrooms- Each bedroom offers a Roko TV where you are able to stream from your own accounts ( no cable T.V. is provided) and memory foam mattresses.

Bathrooms- Each bathroom provides starter 2 in 1: shampoo and conditioner, soap bar toilet paper, towels, black washcloth towels for makeup, and a blow dryer.

Bedroom 1- Teal room suite- King bed, workspace, private bathroom w/ shower, dressing room w/ make- up vanity, dresser, and closet.

Bedroom 2- Purple room- Queen bed, closet, and bathroom with tub/shower down the hall.

Bedroom 3- Orange room- King bed, private bathroom w/ shower, and closet.

Bedroom 4- Green room- 2 Queen beds, private bathroom w/ shower.

Bedroom 5- Blue room suite- King bed, private bathroom w/oversized shower & two shower heads, two sinks, a dresser, and a closet.

The kitchen, dining, and living areas are all open, with ample seating for all 12 guests. The kitchen is fully stocked with the essentials.

-The coffee bar offers a Keurig coffee maker with coffee, creamer, and sugar to get you started.

-Keep your drinks cool at the wet bar located centrally in the house. The bar features a beverage cooler and an ice machine.

-The Backyard features a large outdoor deck with a sun shade and table for 12 guests, a privacy fence, lounge chairs, and a heated/cooled cocktail pool.

-Laundry room- We offer starter laundry detergent, iron and board, steamer, first aid kit, and pool towels. We also provide a pack-n-play with sheets and a high chair for baby needs.
