Walk down Magazine Street and explore the miles of galleries, antique stores, and boutiques waiting for you there. Or simply walk the other direction and tour around the CBD where some of New Orleans' best restaurants await. While this charming part of town provides a tranquil refuge from the thrill of the French Quarter, it is truly a destination in itself.
All guests after booking will receive a list of recommendations including locals favorite spots, restaurants, and activities. We will provide detailed information and guides on the surrounding area to enhance your overall experience.
Getting Around:
Our convenient location and safe neighborhood make this your ultimate travel destination. We are nestled in between the beautiful Lower Garden District and CBD while still close to most major sites. We are a 5-10 minute walk to the WWII Museum, a 5-8 minute walk to the St Charles at Felicity streetcar stop. While there is plenty to see and do here on foot, we are a quick 8-18 minute drive to the Superdome and French Quarter, depending on the time of day and traffic conditions.

Yes perfect for our family with teens and an 11 year old…… a 1.5 km walk to the heart of the action in the French quarter! The huge amount of space worked so well for our family and the kitchen facilities were so good you could cook a full meal of need be….. overall we were so impressed with this property !!

Beautiful decorated townhome just as listed. Walking distance to many restaurants and street car which is about a 10 min walk. All the comforts… very comfortable beds, high end decor, very clean. This is downtown, in the warehouse district I think, but felt very safe walking as a group at night even.

Property was great for our group attending a conference in NOLA!
5 bedrooms, 6 beds, 3 1/2 baths. Great space for 6 of us attending a conference at the convention center, 3 blocks away, right beside Gus's Chicken. We hosted a few clients for dinner, it was a great casual place to get some R&R after long workdays. We are returning again next year. Walmart is an easy walk (about a mile) and a quick Uber Home with your provisions. Defenitely recommend this property.
