Two bedrooms are private-access suites located outside the main interior—one via the courtyard and another from the second-floor balcony—offering added independence within the group.

A nearly identical neighboring home may be available for larger groups — please inquire for combined availability.

This bedroom is fully detached from the main interior of the home and is located within the private courtyard. Access is exclusively through the outdoor courtyard area rather than from inside the house, creating a standalone suite experience. This setup offers enhanced privacy and separation from the main living areas, ideal for guests seeking a quieter or more independent space.

This bedroom is not directly connected to the main interior hallway. Upon reaching the second-floor landing, access requires stepping out onto the balcony. From there, a short set of approximately seven steps leads down to the private entrance of the bedroom. This configuration creates a semi-private, exterior-access suite connected via the balcony, adding a unique spatial dynamic and separation from the primary indoor areas.

An amazing NOLA location in the Central Business District, you are steps from the famous Canal Street and the French Quarter’s edge. The ideal home base for city exploring! The Quarter’s bars and eateries are world-renowned, and the CBD itself is home to many of the city’s very best chef-driven restaurants. Kick off your stay with a ride on the famous Canal Street trolley, or take a stroll to Jackson Square, one of the city’s best-loved hotspots. Harrah's Casino is 2 blocks away.



Getting Around:

Walking around the Central Business District is easy and accessible! You will also be less than a 10-minute bike ride to the French Quarter. Biking is a fun and convenient transportation option, with scores of rental shops to choose from. Uber and Lyft services are easy and affordable in this compact city. Retail hub Magazine Street is just a short cab ride away, as are some of the city’s other hip neighborhoods, Bywater and the Marigny.

Overall we had a great stay. And it was convenient to everything we wanted to do. It was somewhat confusing at first that 2/4 bedrooms were not in the main house. Thankfully our kids are a bit older so it was fine. If traveling with small children that would have been a different story.

Checkin was just a small issue - we couldn't quite figure where the 4 bedrooms were. There's two in the main unit - a balcony unit on the second floor - thru an outside door and a room on the ground floor with its own private bath - all units had baths. The confusion on the ground floor unit arose because the electronic lock batteries were dead. Easily and quickly fixed by Heirloom so no meaning full issue. The place is great and the separation is actually nice. Plenty of room and nicely appointed and of course in a great central location especially with a Jazzy Pass. AC was a little confusing - not sure what controlled what but there was plenty of it. I'd easily rebook. And the outdoor courtyard was a real plus!
