**Guest Access**

The house has key-less entry and you will have access to the entire house. All three of the bedrooms are independent. The 1st full bath is attached to the back bedroom and the 2nd full bathroom can be accessed from anywhere in the house.



Guests will have full access to the entire house, fenced yard, and laundry.



The backyard may be shared with guests from the neighboring rental, but you will have two private seating areas of your own.

The cowboy pool is yours — jump in. A few simple rules to keep the magic going: no lifeguard on duty; children under 15 must be supervised; replace the cover and keep the chlorine float in place when you're done (removing either may result in a cleaning charge); keep the yard gate closed. A skimming net is provided. Full pool guidelines are sent at booking.
