Recently renovated with a carefully curated collection of high end furnishings, fixtures and accessories. With plush linens and beddings throughout, you'll find yourself wrapped in spa-like comfort. To round out your experience, enjoy your spacious and private well-manicured backyard with outdoor dining.

From the moment you arrive, our home captivates you with her grandeur, endless history, and unique design features worthy of photos! Sun filled windows, and thoughtful guest touches throughout, you'll feel right at home here. Plan to make memories and meals in our well-appointed kitchen featuring updated cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, island seating, and an adjacent dining table. Past the living spaces you'll have your pick of 4 bedrooms, all complete with comforts and amenities of home!

Our bright and open space is the perfect setting for a mid-sized group or family looking to take in the ultimate New Orleans experience. This modern home can sleep up to 8 guests and the bedroom configurations are as follows:

Bedroom 1: 1 Queen Bed with en suite full bath
Bedroom 2: 1 Queen Bed
Bedroom 3: 2 Twin Beds
Bedroom 4: 1 King Bed with en suite full bath and private balcony
Common Area: 1 Full Bath and 1 Half Bath

The home is professionally cleaned prior to every stay and stocked with kitchen essentials, bathroom toiletries, linens and towels for your group.

From beautiful sights, taste bud tingling foods, and vibrant live music, who wouldn’t want to visit?! We recommend using public transportation, including streetcars, buses, Uber or Lyft during your stay. For another fun way to explore the area, try Blue Bikes, a ride sharing bike rental all around the city.

Upon acceptance of your reservation, you will receive a welcome letter containing all of the information you need to access the home and ensure your stay is a memorable one! If you have any additional questions, we are available at any time to assist.

**There is a $200 security/damage deposit collected 3 days prior to arrival, and returned shortly after your stay. This is done as a $200 hold on your method of payment, not a full charge. Please see the rental agreement (required to be read and signed before booking) for more details. ***

1. The booking guest must have their ID uploaded to their profile.

2. Quiet hours 830pm-8am on weekdays, 9pm-8am weekends (including Sundays). Please remain cognizant and respectful of our neighbors.

3. While early check-in / late checkout may be available for a small extra fee (used to cover the cost of an additional cleaner) this must be arranged ahead of time. Unauthorized Late checkouts are a $50 charge for each hour after 11am - a 15 minute grace period is given. If the space you’re renting is for multiple units, the fee will be $50/hour per unit. Late checkouts MUST be requested before 9PM the day before your departure.

4. Smoking in the unit or bringing in used butts will result in a $500 Deodorization Fee.

5. Unregistered guests and parties are prohibited by local laws and ILLEGAL. Our occupancy limits are set by local ordinance. Any guest found to have had a party or over-occupancy will be charged a $1,000 fee for non-compliance with local laws. Exterior cameras present at the property to verify these laws/house rules are not broken.

6. Please do not hang or attach anything to the walls with push pins, tape, etc. or other painted surfaces.

7. Please use our black makeup towels to remove makeup to avoid damaging white linens/towels.

8. If the space is left excessively dirty $50 will be charged for each additional hour of cleaning required. Removal of bodily fluids will result in a charge of $150. Glitter cleanup will result in a charge of $100.

9. Unauthorized pets will result in an additional $250 deep cleaning cleaning fee and immediate request to leave. Pet Boarding recommendations available upon request. Both the owner and staff have pet allergies. If traveling with pets please inquire about our pet friendly units.

10. Unfortunately, we cannot accept bookings from “Locals” at this time. Locals is meant to include anyone residing within 60 miles of New Orleans.

11. After you’ve read these rules, please send me a message with the words “yellow kangaroo” it will let me know that you have read the rules thoroughly.

12. while we cannot receive any mail or packages to the space we will assist with getting packages shipped to New Orleans if needed.
**All charges are the actual cost, including labor, to remedy each issue.**

13. Commercial video and photo shoots are strictly forbidden without prior and authorized consent. Associated day-rate fees, liability waivers and copyright contracts will apply if consent is given.

14. Message us for long term stays.

15. Please smoke in backyard.

16. Garbage day is Tuesdays, please bring trash can to the curb. The city does not participate in recycling.

17. Lost Items: We return lost items for a $75 flat fee.  This is to cover shipping costs, along with the time spent to retrieve & mail your item. If you leave anything at the unit, please let us know immediately.
